"Surely one of the best places in Djerba, it was magnificent! The staff were incredibly kind, thank you all so much! Special mention to the manager, Ihsen Sui, he's a gem and more! He took my health issues into consideration like a big brother to ensure my stay went as smoothly as possible. I don't even have words to describe this gentleman's kindness and thoughtfulness towards his guests. I recommend it 200% to everyone visiting Djerba. You must experience this place where you feel right at home. I can't wait to see you again in the near future. This was just a goodbye for now. My wife and I are so grateful for everything you did for us. Thank you a thousand times, take care, and see you soon! 🙏"

"Overall satisfactory for price quality ratio However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. "Comfortable hotel, varied and copious breakfast. As soon as we arrived, the welcome was warm, the staff was friendly and smiling. The women at the reception were attentive and did their utmost to make our stay as good as possible. Heated indoor pool, not tested outside because we went there at the beginning of February :)"

"The TUI Magic Life hotel complex in Djerba is absolutely outstanding, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. The culinary offerings are superb, and the animation team does a truly great job. The entire program is highly recommended, especially for families with children – there's so much for the little ones to enjoy! It's a shame, however, that the otherwise very positive overall impression was slightly marred by a technical issue and a lack of communication behind the scenes. Halfway through our holiday, there was a leak from the air conditioning in our room, which caused water damage and peeling paint. We were offered a room change, but since half of our vacation was already over, we didn't want to bother moving. The coordination between the Trip.com agents and the hotel management was unfortunately very chaotic, and I constantly received conflicting information. In the end, though, the issue was resolved with compensation. Conclusion: A fantastic holiday destination for families that we would definitely recommend – but there's still room for improvement organizationally behind the scenes."

Advice to find places calling taxi and even doctor in case of need ( lived person my sister is falling there he has brought us a huge help call from the ambulance doctor and always asks news ) The servers are de-amour ! Price a little cheap ( to drink ) Swimming pool clean beach like cleaning rooms nothing to say it is directly respectable At the top nothing to say much thank for your welcome !"
