The room is clean and spacious. The decoration is simple but modern. The bed is comfortable. The location is very good, with some shops and restaurants nearby. The laundry shop is only one-minute walk away. The only thing a bit undesirable is the light in the room is quite dim.

The B2 Night Bazar Chiang Rai is very easy to reach from AH1. Since the hotel has no seat, we decided to have a room on the 1st floor with Twin bed, since the double beds were already forgiven on arrival day (sunday). The room and bathroom are small. It has a mirror, small TV with bad signal, water cooker, soluble coffee, 2 bottles of water, refrigerator, small pump with hocker, bath tools, air conditioning and clothing. The storage areas for 2 people with baggage are insufficient for Us. The WiFi signal is good. The room is held in grey (visual concrete), the transferred electronic wires are painted without pleasure with grey color. The staff was friendly at the check-in, the meeting with the cleaner was friendly. The bed lakes were changed, unfortunately, you should consider to be new, since there were visible places. The cleanliness in the room solara. The night of Sunday is 640. - Monday 610. - THB plus deposit 500. - THB for the keycard. Unfortunately nothing for us.

There is a bathtub depending on the room category, but if you don't book early, you will be sold out. The pool is large and there are children and is popular in the local area. Good and nice it’s near the shopping mall and local market. 15 mins from the airport. I love the coffee machine and snack in the morning. Cheap ,clean and safe I recommended this hotels for budget travelers.

This is a great hotel located by the Mekong River. They run a shuttle service into town which takes 5 minutes and is very convenient. Breakfast is ok. The pool is very nice. A special mention has to go to the assistant manager, Phan. He is a superstar. I had forgotten to take my credit card out of an ATM and it had been swallowed. Phan helped us through one of his contacts at the bank in question. It could have been a nightmare but Phan saved the day and the card was recovered quickly. Thank you!!!!!

Hotel molto bello e molto pulito, personale gentile e cortese (ti aprono la porto, ti prenotano Uber, ti chiamano in camera per svegliarti quando sanno che hai un’escursione). Ottimo per il senza glutine, io sono celiaca e mi hanno fatto pollo, verdure e patatine per pranzo e per la colazione dei pancakes con miele, oltre a succhi, frutta, yogurt ecc Se vi trovate a Chang Rai consigliatissimo!

Friendly staff and clean amd cozy two-bedroom suite. The breakfast was a good spread but a pity almost the same every morning.

I wasn't expecting much based upon the price I paid and having never heard of it. Whoa. From being greeted at the lobby, receiving a lovely welcome drink along with fast and efficient check in, I was wondering if I was in the right place. I was thoroughly impressed. Upon entry into my room I was again surprised. The room was much larger than the pictures let on. The doorman was great and we ended up running into each other one night at a pub and had a few laughs. Next came breakfast which was perfect. Had something for everyone. The Sann will now be my hotel of choice in the CR area for future trips. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making the trip memorable.

Nearby cat cafe, night bazaar and market, restaurants, massages and bus station. Forgot one of my items of clothing at the hotel and they were kind enough to mail it to my hotel in Bangkok for me to pick up. Quality service.

I am very satisfied with the environment of the large deluxe room. However, the WiFi cannot be connected at all. Except for the Internet in the lobby on the first floor, I have complained to the customer service in the lobby, but still cannot connect to the Internet.

The best hotel we've had in terms of comfort, facilities, bed, bathroom, staff, breakfast.... modern and well-thought out. An enormous VERY comfortable bed, storage space, view, pool. Easy to find and great for exploring the area - Golden Triangle, caves, mountains... such a comfortable, luxurious room. Great value. Sad to leave! You cannot go wrong with this choice. A treat!

Room facilities are perfect. Good dark curtains. Balcony with 2 seats and table and most beautiful views of the Mekong and Laos. But don't forget: cheaper superior rooms on the back of the hotel have no view of Mekong. The breakfast buffet in the quite cale restaurant was enough with a separate egg station. Sometimes evening restaurant sometimes not, so unreliable. No bar is free coffee and water in the lobby. The outdoor terrace is extremely hot, really regrettable because with a little money and difficulty an architect can do wonders here. We were impressed by the variety of activities offered, from cycling through the charming town of Chiang Saen to exploring ancient temples. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure our kids were entertained and happy. The traditional Lanna cuisine was a delightful culinary adventure for all of us. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back!
