"We stayed for two days around our wedding, and everything was magnificent. The staff was incredibly responsive; we requested a larger room with a terrace, and they accommodated our wish. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely complimentary dessert and a bottle of Prosecco in our room, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The bed was soft and very comfortable, ensuring we had excellent sleep. The room itself was spacious, and we could even order breakfast to our terrace, which offered an impressive view of St. Isaac's Cathedral. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and diverse, featuring desserts, salmon, vegetables, blinis, caviar, and Prosecco. You could also order à la carte. Our room was 537, one of those with large terraces and a direct view of the cathedral, making it perfect for wedding or any other photography."

"Hotel is good, but there are shortcomings. In the bathroom, the shower is made to the floor, although the protective glass is made, but it is short) The air conditioner works unclear, noises, brunch, whistles strongly at night and woke up. It is impossible to connect to WiFi, when entering the room, it is constantly written about the error, with the cellular internet in the room is bad. Pushers are bad, inconvenient. Tea glasses are paper, tickling))"

HI SO Terrace Restaurant is open from May to September. It serves international cuisine. The restaurant offers a magnificent view of St. Isaac's Cathedral and the Admiralty. On the 1st floor there is a MIXO Lobby bar with a large selection of original drinks and cocktails. Guests can visit the Urban Wellness Zone's spa. The center offers facials and body treatments, various types of massages, manicures and pedicures, hairdressing and make-up services, a Finnish sauna and a stylish lounge area, an aqua zone with a Turkish steam room, a Jacuzzi, an azure pool and a rain shower. "I was able to check in half an hour before 3 PM. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided a detailed explanation of all the facilities. I didn't quite catch everything after that, but it seemed like they mentioned something about using the Four Seasons across the street for a bath, possibly a partnership. Since I didn't need it, I didn't try it. The room size was adequate, but it might be primarily for business travelers as there was no luggage rack, making it a bit inconvenient to open a large suitcase. Breakfast included both a buffet on the table and à la carte options. The menu, as shown in the photos, included items like Eggs Benedict and omelets available for order. The buffet items were a bit standard, not much different from a typical four-star hotel, mainly offering pancakes and two types of smoked fish. Service was excellent. Doormen were consistently there to open doors and remind me if my taxi had arrived. The most important aspect is the location. This hotel is situated between the Winter Palace and St. Isaac's Cathedral, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the Mariinsky Theatre."

"I really liked the hotel! The location isn't in the center, but it's a 1-minute walk to the metro. Lots of cafes, salons, and shops downstairs. There's a pool. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous in the summer. The downsides include a long wait for the elevator, as there are many floors, but it's not a deal-breaker. I've stayed here four times. It's fantastic!"

"The hotel room was small, but the furnishings were stylish and clean. The hotel itself was a bit cramped, and the room size felt a little claustrophobic. The interior design was chic, just small. No other complaints. The restaurant was beautiful."

The breakfast was plentiful, especially the homemade fruit juice, which was very popular. Nearby attractions include the Savior on Spilled Blood Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Admiralty Building, military experiences, and the nighttime bridge opening; the Winter Palace alone could easily keep you entertained for a whole day."

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Aurora cruiser and a pier where pleasure boats depart. It's very convenient to get around the city center by taxi, but the metro is also not far. The hotel is nice and clean. The view from the window is stunning (as shown in the photo, only the weather prevented a greater impression). Many thanks to the hotel for the birthday present, it was very pleasant. The spa center is an additional charge, but that means there aren't many visitors, everything is decent, and the saunas are good. Breakfasts are delicious, with plenty of variety. I would return for a better room view!

Oh, how much I loved this apart-hotel! I had a short layover in St. Petersburg on my way home. So I looked for a hotel close to the airport. At first, we considered a more basic hotel, but then decided that even for 12 hours, we might as well make them count. Upon arrival, there was a barrier, and the taxi driver was afraid to enter the premises, thinking he would be charged 300 rubles upon exiting. Don't worry, you can enter without fear; there's no charge for hotel guests. Check-in was quick, and we were assigned a room on the 22nd floor. Oh my, the view was magnificent! We caught the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and the room was filled with sun all day. Everything was perfectly clean, both in the room and on the floors. The room was quite spacious, with large wardrobes for clothes and carved shelves on the wall for small items. There were dishes for cooking, a stove, a kettle, and a microwave. Nearby, there are shops with ready-made meals and groceries for cooking. The only thing is, if your windows face south, as ours did, it can be noisy from the road. But in summer, you can keep the window closed and use the air conditioning. The hotel is far from the city center, but a taxi solves that problem. On the other hand, it's close to the airport, only an 8-minute drive. When we checked out, it was evening, and a girl was playing the piano in the hotel lobby. I really enjoyed the stunningly beautiful music. And on arrival, female guests received a tulip flower because it was March 8th. It was incredibly thoughtful to show such attention to guests. The hotel has a pool and a spa, but we didn't have time to visit them, though I imagine they are just as wonderful. The hotel has a very light, modern, and vibrant energy. Definitely stay here! You can even bring pets.

The location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall and subway station. The room facilities are relatively new and complete. However, the service is poor. I couldn't get through to the front desk by phone. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no napkins. After staying two nights, all they did was change the bath towels, bottled water, garbage bags, and refill the toilet paper. The cleaning was done in a minute; the room and kitchen weren't cleaned, the toilet wasn't scrubbed, etc. They wouldn't even let me ask for an extra bottle of water. This is guesthouse service, not four-star hotel service. I had no choice but to go to the front desk to request a room change.

I had a terrible experience. I booked for 6 days and brought three bags, one of which was an LV bag in the closet containing 2000 RMB in cash. On the day I checked out, I discovered only 400 RMB was left. Another bag, which was on the table, had a single 5000 Ruble note inside. I had kept it there because I didn't use it when someone didn't have change while shopping, and it also disappeared. When I checked out in the morning, I forgot my power bank by the bedside. When I went back upstairs immediately, it was gone. I tried to communicate with the front desk, but there was a language barrier, making communication very difficult. They just said they would investigate but didn't provide any results. I had to accept the loss because I couldn't communicate or argue effectively, and I was in a hurry to leave that afternoon. I can accept the loss of the Ruble; it was in an open large tote bag on the table, a woven bag without a zipper, so perhaps a cleaner mistook it for a tip. However, I cannot accept the loss of 1600 RMB. Anyone who's been to St. Petersburg knows that RMB cash is useless there, so I kept it in the closet until the day I left, only to find 1600 missing. The power bank, too – I had just gone downstairs to check out and went right back up, and it was gone. When I asked the front desk, they didn't even bother to ask around and just said they couldn't find it. I was standing right in front of him, and he didn't even make a call to inquire. My local guide suggested I report it to the police, and I absolutely would have if the language communication had been smooth or if I had discovered it a day earlier. But I was in a rush for my flight, so I just had to take the loss.

Hello everyone. I'd like to share my experience about this hotel. It's within walking distance of the metro (a leisurely 8-minute stroll), or you can take a trolleybus or bus for an even quicker journey. This hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating; everything matches the photos, from the rooms to the interior design. The rooms are a standard size, neither too small nor too large. Some face the street, while others overlook the restaurant (which is the inner courtyard). Both have pros and cons. Rooms facing the street experience street cleaners arriving promptly at 8 AM to collect rubbish. While this only lasts for about 15 minutes, if you're a light sleeper, the noise will wake you. Rooms facing the courtyard, on the other hand, might have some morning chatter from guests having breakfast. The choice is yours. Regarding the rooms, I must commend the soundproofing – it's excellent, a clear effort by the hotel. You only hear people walking in the corridor, and that's usually only if they're speaking loudly (especially certain nationalities!). The room is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, from cotton swabs to an iron and ironing board. Now, for the most luxurious aspect of the hotel: the BREAKFAST! Believe me, I've stayed in many hotels both nationally and internationally, and I'd give this breakfast a perfect 12 out of 10. There's something for every taste; you won't just avoid being hungry, you'll practically roll away from the table. The pastries are divine – seemingly baked fresh by the hotel itself. The fish is a culinary masterpiece; you simply must try it to understand. I don't have enough time to describe everything else on offer. To top it all off, you can simply walk up to the oranges, slice them yourself, and make fresh squeezed juice. For coffee, just tell the waiter what you'd like, and it will be at your table in no time. The hotel's location is excellent, with many of St. Petersburg's top restaurants within easy walking distance, maximum 10-12 minutes away. However, I do have one minor criticism. The hotel has a pool and spa complex, which I'm sure is top-notch, but it comes with a hefty price tag of 3500 rubles per person for hotel guests. This is a significant drawback; a 50% discount for residents would be a nice gesture. While there is a free sauna for guests, it's not the same without the pool. I urge the hotel owners to consider this; if they address this issue, then for me personally, the hotel would be absolutely perfect. Thank you all for reading my review.

I really liked this hotel. It's a 7-story building with a rooftop garden restaurant. It's very clean, and the staff are professional and friendly.
