Everything is great! Just couple of small details:
1)On buffet dinner for 20e per person we got only water for free, all other drinks, even soft drinks should be ordered and paid. Pls add some other soft drinks for dinner
2)It would be nice to have a better service in restaurant, because we almost finished our dinner while we waited 15 mins to order drinks
3)Also it would be great to have some small pool with really hot water

Великолепно!
У каждого домика своя парковка - очень удобно, но непонятно каким чудом открывается шлагбаум.
В номере: мини-бар бесплатный (две бутылки воды, два сока, две пепси). Попросили принести ещё воды, принесли спасибо большое. Также в домике есть кофемашина с капсулами, кофе очень вкусный, но крепкий для меня, не хватает ещё сливок в минибаре или молока - это было бы идеально.
В ванне достаточное количество полотенец на всех гостей и душевые принадлежности, в том числе зубные щетки, если вы вдруг забыли свои, мыло, гель для душа конечно.
В номере идеально чисто, идеально!
Из минусов: нас было три взрослых, двое детей и спальных мест немного не хватило. Но нам предложили принести кровать или разложить диван - мы выбрали второе, диван очень удобный. По просьбе принесли ещё один комплект постельного белья и что немаловажно - сами его заправили. Внизу в домике гостиная с диваном, телевизором с большим количеством фильмов.
Наверх ведёт крутая лестница - это минус для семей с детьми, дети бегают, лазают, могут упасть, приходится напрягаться, следить. Также эта лестница не для пожилых людей. Наверху две спальни. В одной кровать двуспальная, во второй две кровати односпальные. Бельё великолепное, подушки удобные, одеяла уютные. У нас было близко к детской площадке - очень шумели дети допоздна, но это ерунда.
Ещё из минусов по территории: есть детская площадка, очень хорошая, но нет тента, безумно жарко. Есть бассейн с рыбками, но его не мешало бы огородить каким нибудь стеклянным барьером, дети постоянно туда лезут, приходится следить. От домиков дети тоже убегают, тоже приходится напрягаться. Около ресепшена есть очень опасное место для детей, неогороженный обрыв, особенно опасно для детей 3 лет и абсолютно неожиданно и не очевидно для родителей - будьте бдительны.
От домиков в ресторан ведет удобная дорожка, но спуск на детскую площадку по крутой лестнице, дети могут опять таки падать. То есть для родителей во многом находиться на территории этого отеля это напряг. Особенно с детьми до 4 лет.
Но сам сервис, еда в ресторане, реакции персонала на просьбы выше всяких похвал.
Термальный бассейн на самом деле не термальный и работало только 3 бассейна. Детская горка тоже очень опасная. Даже взрослые дети как-то ударялись, съезжая с неё, поэтому маленьким детям туда нельзя. Не помешала бы интересная зона для самых маленьких. Вода в бассейнах очень комфортная, теплая. Вылезать не хотелось. На входе дают полотенца, свои не нужны. Есть сушки для купальников. Душ, туалет, на территории бассейна можно покушать за доп плату.
Завтрак был в Мовенпике, потрясающий, даже для самых привередливых детей и других людей.
Обед и ужин мы провели в ресторане Этно отеля. Все, абсолютно все блюда, были приготовлены очень очень вкусно. В Сербии сложно найти такие рестораны и это 10 из 10. Как и обслуживание. Цены приемлемые. Блюдо второе стоит в среднем 1300 динар. За такое качество еды это хорошая цена.
В целом всё очень понравилось, если бы имелся какой то загон для детей, было бы всё идеально.

The hearing in the ”adult hotel” rooms should apparently be improved. I asked to settle in the quietest room but once I rested the sounds of 18+ from the next room did not make myself wait. Not the fault of the hotel, of course I understand.
The pools in the nearby ”therm fruct” are all the same with the same temperature, which makes absolutely meaningless to go 25 minutes to the mountain to swim in the same pool as in the premiere. Breakfast is good. But let's be honest, the price is overstated.

A great new hotel with huge rooms. I liked it very much. But I want to share a couple of thoughts that would make it comfortable to stay in. First, hot water in the room is implemented through a boiler, respectively it is enough for 20-30 minutes of shower, so your second half can stay without a shower with hot water. In the second before the spa that is included in the price, about 1.5 kilometer, without a car is not very convenient. Breakfast in a nearby hotel, 500 meters, very good, but the scheme how to get to does not give. In the end you can go a little further, but it doesn't bother. , as breakfast is great!

The streetlight was shining very brightly into the window all night, and I couldn't sleep well. The curtains were very transparent, but they didn't help. The massage therapists had a day off, but I only want to do massages on weekends. It's a shame.

Excellent! Each house has its own parking lot - very convenient, but it is unclear how the barrier opens. In the room: free mini-bar (two bottles of water, two juices, two Pepsi). We asked to bring more water, they brought it, thank you very much. Also in the house there is a coffee machine with capsules, the coffee is very tasty, but strong for me, there is not enough cream in the mini-bar or milk - that would be ideal. In the bathroom there are enough towels for all guests and shower accessories, including toothbrushes, if you suddenly forgot yours, soap, shower gel of course. The room is perfectly clean, perfect! On the downside: there were three of us adults, two children and there were not enough sleeping places. But we were offered to bring a bed or unfold the sofa - we chose the latter, the sofa is very comfortable. At our request, they brought another set of bed linen and, what is important, we made it ourselves. Downstairs in the house there is a living room with a sofa, TV with lots of movies. There is a steep staircase leading up - this is a minus for families with children, children run, climb, can fall, you have to strain yourself, watch. Also, this staircase is not for elderly people. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has two single beds. The linen is great, the pillows are comfortable, the blankets are cozy. We were close to the playground - the children were very noisy until late, but this is nonsense. Another minus on the territory: there is a playground, very good, but there is no awning, it is incredibly hot. There is a pool with fish, but it would not hurt to fence it with some kind of glass barrier, children are constantly climbing there, you have to watch. Children also run away from the houses, you also have to strain yourself. Near the reception there is a very dangerous place for children, an unfenced cliff, especially dangerous for 3-year-olds and absolutely unexpected and not obvious for parents - be vigilant. There is a convenient path from the houses to the restaurant, but the descent to the playground is on a steep staircase, children can fall again. That is, for parents, being on the territory of this hotel is stressful in many ways. Especially with children under 4. But the service itself, the food in the restaurant, the staff's reactions to requests are beyond praise. The thermal pool is not actually thermal and only 3 pools were working. The children's slide is also very dangerous. Even adult children somehow hit themselves while sliding down it, so small children should not go there. An interesting area for the little ones would not hurt. The water in the pools is very comfortable, warm. I did not want to get out. At the entrance they give you towels, you do not need your own. There are dryers for swimsuits. Shower, toilet, you can eat on the territory of the pool for an additional fee. Breakfast was in Mövenpick, amazing, even for the most fastidious children and other people. We spent lunch and dinner in the restaurant of the Ethno hotel. Everything, absolutely all the dishes, were prepared very, very tasty. It is difficult to find such restaurants in Serbia and this is 10 out of 10. As well as the service. The prices are reasonable. The second course costs an average of 1300 dinars. For such quality of food this is a good price. Overall I liked everything very much, if there was some kind of corral for children, everything would be perfect.
