"The hotel's environment is fantastic, and the entrance garden landscape is absolutely beautiful. The seaside corridor is also stunning, and there's a dedicated hot spring area for foot soaks. The public outdoor hot spring views are also great. The only downside of my trip was the room I booked, which was supposed to have an indoor hot tub, but it turned out to be just a regular bathtub. Although the staff explained that the water was indeed from a hot spring, it still felt disappointing, so I didn't use it. I contacted Ctrip customer service about it, and their handling of the issue was very satisfactory. However, the public bath was a delightful surprise; both the environment and the soaking experience were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend the dinner buffet. Even though it's a buffet, the ingredients are fresh, and the variety is extensive. You can even grill your own food. The tempura was exceptionally delicious, and they had Haagen-Dazs ice cream! Breakfast, however, wasn't as lavish and was quite simple. Overall, I'd say I'm satisfied."

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. When my family arrived for check-in, our names were already prepared in their system, and the entire process was completed quickly and smoothly. It was a great first impression.
What impressed me the most happened after we went to enjoy the beach. Unfortunately, it started raining, and when we returned to the hotel, we were still standing outside near the entrance. To my surprise, one of the reception staff came out and brought us towels to dry ourselves. This thoughtful gesture was completely unexpected and made us feel genuinely cared for. The front desk team is truly attentive and considerate.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. Waking up and looking out at the beautiful scenery was one of the highlights of our stay.
The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service, location, and overall experience.

"The Japanese-style tatami room was very clean, but when I first entered, there was a strong grassy smell. The service was excellent; every staff member was very attentive. There was a Chinese girl at the front desk who was very lovely and patient. She took every matter seriously and meticulously solved every problem. Having her there made us feel much more at ease.
My favorite spot was the tea and relaxation bar on the second floor of the hotel. Whenever I wanted coffee, I could go downstairs and have it freshly ground, which was fantastic. The hot spring was also great and very clean. The cleaning staff, an adorable white-haired grandma, even played with claw machines!
It's highly recommended. The bus stops right at the entrance, which is very convenient."

"It was a very convenient location near Adventure World and Toretore Market!
As soon as I opened the front door, there was hair lying around, and I thought it was understandable since it was easy to see because of the white floors, but when I went down to the first floor, the smell of sewage was coming up from the dressing room and it smelled pretty bad.
When I opened the bedroom door, the smell reached the bedroom, which was a bit unpleasant, so I lowered the cleanliness rating, but I was satisfied with everything else.

It's a bit far from Shirarahama, Senjojiki, and Sandanbeki, so it's best to get a timetable and have change ready if you're taking the bus."

Guest UserThe hotel environment is clean and beautiful, and the service is very attentive. The breakfast buffet is abundant. We chose a Japanese-style (tatami) room, which was spacious and tidy. There's a large public onsen on the top floor, and private onsen baths are also available for reservation (3500 JPY per session). The swimming pool wasn't open, so we missed out on that. The location is very convenient, right next to Shirahama Beach. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up the steep slope back to the hotel every day was a bit of a challenge for our cardio and stamina, but we just considered it a workout, which was fine. If we come to Shirahama again, we'll definitely choose this place.

The room is small and the location is remote, but the hotel scenery is really great! The hotel restaurant needs to be booked in advance, and there are no convenience stores nearby, and the restaurant is also far away. Remember to book a restaurant when you check in, otherwise you will have to go hungry. The hotel does not have Chinese service, and English communication is a bit difficult. The hotel's public bathing is free, and there are open-air bath seats. It was windy and rainy on the day I went there, and it was super cold. It was very comfortable to bathe. The location of the men's and women's bathrooms will be swapped, so remember to look at the sign at the door and don't go the wrong way.
