"The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and the facilities were a little dated. However, the sea view was absolutely breathtaking – it was so refreshing to open the curtains to that sight.
The hotel offers direct access to Shirahama Beach from its first floor, which was super convenient for swimming and watching fireworks.
It's also very close to the dining street and Daiso, making shopping and eating incredibly easy.
The bus stop is just a minute's walk from the main entrance, making it easy to get to attractions.
The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options, including both Japanese and buffet styles.
The hotel service was excellent – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed."

"The hotel's environment is fantastic, and the entrance garden landscape is absolutely beautiful. The seaside corridor is also stunning, and there's a dedicated hot spring area for foot soaks. The public outdoor hot spring views are also great. The only downside of my trip was the room I booked, which was supposed to have an indoor hot tub, but it turned out to be just a regular bathtub. Although the staff explained that the water was indeed from a hot spring, it still felt disappointing, so I didn't use it. I contacted Ctrip customer service about it, and their handling of the issue was very satisfactory. However, the public bath was a delightful surprise; both the environment and the soaking experience were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend the dinner buffet. Even though it's a buffet, the ingredients are fresh, and the variety is extensive. You can even grill your own food. The tempura was exceptionally delicious, and they had Haagen-Dazs ice cream! Breakfast, however, wasn't as lavish and was quite simple. Overall, I'd say I'm satisfied."

"It was a very convenient location near Adventure World and Toretore Market!
As soon as I opened the front door, there was hair lying around, and I thought it was understandable since it was easy to see because of the white floors, but when I went down to the first floor, the smell of sewage was coming up from the dressing room and it smelled pretty bad.
When I opened the bedroom door, the smell reached the bedroom, which was a bit unpleasant, so I lowered the cleanliness rating, but I was satisfied with everything else.

"The Japanese-style tatami room was very clean, but when I first entered, there was a strong grassy smell. The service was excellent; every staff member was very attentive. There was a Chinese girl at the front desk who was very lovely and patient. She took every matter seriously and meticulously solved every problem. Having her there made us feel much more at ease.
My favorite spot was the tea and relaxation bar on the second floor of the hotel. Whenever I wanted coffee, I could go downstairs and have it freshly ground, which was fantastic. The hot spring was also great and very clean. The cleaning staff, an adorable white-haired grandma, even played with claw machines!
It's highly recommended. The bus stops right at the entrance, which is very convenient."

"The view is stunning, but taking the bus to Oura Station means you have to drag your suitcases up a bit, or catch the 6:00 PM shuttle bus from Shirahama Station. It's worth checking the shuttle bus schedule beforehand; the last one seems to be around 5:00 PM. The bathroom facilities are a bit dated, but the other services are good. With fewer Chinese tourists, it's mostly Japanese families with children. The indoor pool is a bit small, mostly occupied by the children. The breakfast was okay and filling, a typical hotel buffet, but they do offer mentaiko and tuna. On the way back, the hotel booked a taxi to the airport, which took 10 minutes. It's a bit far from Shirarahama, Senjojiki, and Sandanbeki, so it's best to get a timetable and have change ready if you're taking the bus."

"The building is gorgeous and you can feel extraordinary. It is also convincing that it is also used for filming movies. The room was large and there was a large communal bath and pool, so the family was playing happily until late at night. I think it is convenient because you can go to the public bath as it is.
However, it was stated that it was equipped with Wi-Fi, but it was not reliable at all and the phone could not be connected depending on the carrier. I think it's good for people who don't use smartphones too much, but what about people who use them frequently? It feels like that.
It looked like a resort hotel and the service was like a business hotel."

"By making a reservation for check-in in advance, I was able to borrow the key smoothly. Although it is far from the information center, it is easy to find. Since I used it for motorcycle touring, there was a garage with an electric shutter on the first floor, which gave me a sense of security. There are restaurants far away, but they have tableware and cooking utensils, so I was able to shop at Toretore Market and a drugstore and have a drink at home, which was very satisfying."

Guest UserThe hotel environment is clean and beautiful, and the service is very attentive. The breakfast buffet is abundant. We chose a Japanese-style (tatami) room, which was spacious and tidy. There's a large public onsen on the top floor, and private onsen baths are also available for reservation (3500 JPY per session). The swimming pool wasn't open, so we missed out on that. The location is very convenient, right next to Shirahama Beach. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up the steep slope back to the hotel every day was a bit of a challenge for our cardio and stamina, but we just considered it a workout, which was fine. If we come to Shirahama again, we'll definitely choose this place.

The room is small and the location is remote, but the hotel scenery is really great! The hotel restaurant needs to be booked in advance, and there are no convenience stores nearby, and the restaurant is also far away. Remember to book a restaurant when you check in, otherwise you will have to go hungry. The hotel does not have Chinese service, and English communication is a bit difficult. The hotel's public bathing is free, and there are open-air bath seats. It was windy and rainy on the day I went there, and it was super cold. It was very comfortable to bathe. The location of the men's and women's bathrooms will be swapped, so remember to look at the sign at the door and don't go the wrong way.

Guest UserThis is the best hotel experience! It's perched on a hilltop in Kushimoto, and the lobby offers an unbeatable ocean view. You absolutely have to choose the one-meal-two-stay package; the buffet dinner runs until 9 PM, which is perfect for a satisfying meal after a day of sightseeing. They have a great selection, including tuna sashimi, a special tea-rice dish, Western cuisine, and more – definitely a top-notch buffet.
My favorite part was the public bath. There's an outdoor section with sea views, which is incredibly relaxing. The waiting area is spacious and even has free ice cream bars, which the kids absolutely loved.
The most relaxing aspect was the happy hour in the lobby, with unlimited beer, wine, sparkling drinks, and snacks. You can just sit back and enjoy the blissful ocean views.
The only downside: there was a strong musty smell, especially noticeable and persistent when it rained.

不可以說是一間酒店，實際應該是營地旅舍。早餐要憑早餐卷到前台拿取、晚餐則由職員送到房間，然後自行燒烤！早餐食物份量非常豐富、晚餐（bbq)份量一般！職員很有禮親切！房間整潔、但有陳舊痕跡、床褥較硬、枕頭很扁平而且size 很細！垃圾要自行分類處理，拿去指定地方！
