The environment was pleasant, and the high floor offered a great view. However, very few tea bags were provided, and there was no coffee. It would be better if these complimentary amenities could be improved. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive.

I have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore.
Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers.
Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

The price is not bad. With dinner, the hotel is in a normal location. There is a parking lot and it is not suitable for children. The air conditioner is too cold. Overall good, still very suitable for business travel.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

The best I would say. Stayed here only one day as I was travelling to Ooty and Bangalore. The hotel is just so nice, peaceful. Their staff are well mannered, when we came they served us with welcome drink, thanks to Ranjan. They were so humble. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice and clean. The buffet was perfect. They had various food and many options and not forgetting the live tea and coffee station. We really enjoyed their hospitality. Very highly recommended. If I come back to Mysore, I’ll definitely stay here again. The best. Thank you Arcor for making my stay a pleasant one. 🙏❤️

ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer. The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests. The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests. I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it. Super hospitality, great level of details touched... like the hot chocolate to relax in the evening.. had a good sleep. Bananas are usual, but the soaked almonds were extra special. Used the fitness centre.. decently equipped it is. The breakfast was outstanding.

We recently stayed at Taj Madikeri, Coorg, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The ambience is stunning, nestled in lush greenery with peaceful views. The Buddha Garden is especially calming, and we also enjoyed kayaking, which was a great experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The Fern Tree offered excellent food; everything was fresh and flavourful, with the cottage cheese steak and chocolate marquise being standouts. Overall, our stay at Taj Madikeri was truly memorable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality in Coorg.
