"Conveniently located right by the subway, this hotel is great for business travelers. It has a small balcony, and the room, though a bit compact, was very clean and well-equipped, even with a mini-fridge. My only minor complaint was that the AC couldn't be adjusted and was a bit noisy. The staff were all very friendly, so overall, I had a good experience."

Not everything hit the mark — the “wellness centre” (a sauna that’s more lukewarm hug than steamy escape 🧖♂️) and toiletries that smell like disappointment. Luxury touches didn’t quite sparkle, yet the space was clean, practical, and restful 😌. "We spent three nights at this hotel with our two children (8 and 11 years old) and were completely satisfied all around. We really liked the hotel, both the rooms and the overall atmosphere. The child-friendliness is particularly noteworthy. There are dedicated play areas for children in both the lobby and the restaurant. In the lobby, there's something for every age. The highlight for our children was the Xbox, which kept them perfectly entertained. The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. There was a large selection of dishes, so there was truly something for everyone. We were particularly impressed by the beverage station: various tea and coffee specialties, fresh tea to brew yourself, and a juicer with which you could prepare fresh juice. Another plus point is the small pool. While you shouldn't expect a large spa area, it was perfect for cooling down for an hour or two, especially with the hot temperatures. Furthermore, the pool was never overcrowded, so we could enjoy it in a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. The hotel also has a modern fitness room. Although we didn't use it, it made a very well-maintained, new, and well-equipped impression. For guests who want to train even on vacation, this is certainly another plus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can unreservedly recommend the hotel, especially to families with children. We would stay here again anytime. I would also like to add that all the staff were very helpful and friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. It is a large but nevertheless a very quiet hotel. You could sleep very peacefully at night."

"Verdi Budapest Aquicium Hotel has a great quality/price ratio. For a reasonable price you get excellent service in terms of free SPA use with several pools, hot tubs, saunas,...as well excellent breakfast. All the staff is very kind and attentive. Rooms are spacious, though little bit dated. Hotel is not in a prime tourist area, however well connected by public transport. If you arrive by car they have a secure parking lot, but pretty expensive at 16 Euros a day. Hotel is pet friendly which is great."

"I had urgent night to stay. Difficult to find because no sign, luckily when I arrived the lady at counter still there to help me contact staff and they are were nice.  Hotel staff add my WhatsApp guide how to check in. But it will be more easier if you just make check in instructions by photos send to WhatsApp. Unlock the door need to download app which it very difficult if you no internet. Toilet no curtain to prevent water when I use their bath towel wipes toilet floor was dusty. Hotel not provide drinking water."

"The hotel is in a quiet area, a bit far from the city center. It's great if you're driving, as parking is available without prior reservation and is reasonably priced. The hotel's spa and sauna are good. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Wonderful hotel with really kind and helpful personnel, clean rooms and appropriate food. Location is perfect for those who travel by car - it's 10 min to city center and footwalk to Hero Square but in the area without harsh traffic. And their garage is comfortable and not crowded."
