The room is very nice, spacious and bright, with a balcony facing the sea. It is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, very suitable for self-operation. Downstairs is the beach garden. The experience is very good and worth recommending

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

New large apartments in a new residential complex, comfortable beds, all equipment works. The pool didn't work. I had to buy washing powder, washing liquid and trash bags. No trash container near the building, with trash it is necessary to walk a little down the street to the nearest container. A few minutes walk to the sea, but you have to cross the highway with large traffic and rail. There are several shops around, but there are no cafes and facilities where to eat. There is one beer bar, several vegetable/fruit traders. We have been in the road improvement (for Moscow is a common business), but the experience of rest does not add, especially when at midnight a tractor comes and starts to drill a pit(( To the Botanical Garden walk 30 minutes, but not on the beach, there will have to jump and cross 3 rivers, and on the track, then small streets. You can get by bus. On the bus you can get to Batumi, about 20 minutes. In short, a good place, but around no infrastructure, you can stop for a few nights. Service is pleasant, but the guards of the complex are dark and harsh guys. Girls on the respiratory are always ready to help and speak good Russian. I really liked the hotel! Pros: -convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful -very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters. The staff is the heart of any hotel. -the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction does not interfere. -high-quality materials, competent construction There is only one minus for me - a hole of 10-15 cm on the balcony, a child may not fall, since there is a rope, but he will break his leg, hanging there. There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities): - they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement. - if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings) - they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical. - our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁 - there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored. Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room. Price-quality ratio.

Отель в целом нам очень понравился. Находиться в старом Батуми , красивые улочки , рядом в пешей доступности , все достопримечательность. Единственное сначала нас заселили в номер 421 , там было очень шумно ночью спать и кондиционер очень сильно гудел , попросили поменять нам номер на более тихий , нам сразу поменяли . В целом шумоизоляция на 3 , в номере было слышно как сливаешься воду на этаже выше. Очень вкусные завтраки, есть и рыбы и разновидность сыров , хамон. Можно попросить сделать скрэмбл или глазунью . Бассейн большой , теплый и чистый , а вид с него прекрасный . Попросили утюг и доску гладильную , принесли в номер .Отель однозначно рекомендую.
