"The hotel room is quite spacious, but the soundproofing is really poor. I could clearly hear the guests in the next room getting up and talking. I even stood in the hallway for a moment and their voices seemed to be at a normal volume, so it's definitely an issue with the hotel's sound insulation. On the first day of my stay, I felt like the bedding hadn't been changed, as I found many wrinkles and hair when I opened the duvet. The hotel's strengths are its restaurant, service, and exterior, offering river views and delicious dishes. The concierge service, from getting out of the car to being escorted to the room, was excellent."

"A budget hotel that wins points for its central location and amazing view of Luxor Temple. It's a perfect spot for accessing the Nile and local museums. The reception staff were friendly, though the overall organization was lacking. We were asked for our room number four times at breakfast because they didn't have us registered correctly. The food is simple, and it would be an improvement to offer two eggs per person. The room (416) had a couple of issues: a leaking sink pipe and a balcony door that wouldn't close properly. We asked to change rooms, but the other option was worse. For the price and location, it's fine for a single night, but don't expect a flawless stay."

"Sorry this review is so late – I completely forgot to write it with all the wedding rush! But I really want to say a huge thank you to the hotel for giving us such a wonderful honeymoon experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. To our surprise, you even prepared a delicious chocolate cake for us to celebrate our honeymoon – that was so thoughtful and made our trip even more special! A special shoutout to your amazing staff: Yassin was incredibly helpful and friendly, Abd Elnaby (who brought us the cake) was so warm and kind, and the lovely front desk girl with the long ponytail – she was absolutely charming and sweet. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We also want to thank the housekeeping team who decorated our room so beautifully – it was such a romantic and lovely touch, and we really appreciated it! "I visited during the hot season, so while it was a bit of a walk to the temple, it wasn't unmanageable. I booked the most basic room, which was an interior room, but it was actually great because it wasn't hot during the day. The air conditioning was already on before check-in, so there was no stuffiness at all. My tour started early, so I requested a breakfast to-go in advance, and it came with a good variety. On the second day, I ate outdoors, and it was relaxed with a great atmosphere. The only minor annoyance was the persistent touts for horse carriages and taxis in front of the hotel."

"The hotel is located on an island which is not in downtown, close to the airport and a little bit far from famous temples etc., but it is acceptable and quite safe, away from noisy. The facilities are a bit old but still clean. The billboard is not well maintained and can't be used, table tennis and tennis rackets are old, just usable but not enjoyable. The service is good, we arrived in the morning and reception desk was very busy, after some minutes waiting we were lucky to get our rooms ready to check in before time. Sometimes the staff are over-occupied but overall they worked nicely and kindly to the customers. The breakfast was great, it is a plus and also every Friday there is Egyptian buffet dinner where you can enjoy quite a lot of different kinds of food, including crabs, fish, beef, duck, chicken and many desserts. There are 3 pools there and we enjoyed them, even though temperature was not warm enough we still managed to swim a little bit in infinite pool which is the biggest. Along the Nile river you will enjoy good views and even see balloon rising up in the morning."

"This was my first favorite accommodation during my trip to Egypt. The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. If you ask the owner, they'll arrange a balloon tour, Luxor, or Xian for a reasonable fee. Even if you're late for photo shoots, they'll wait for you until late and safely escort you back to the hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel's excellence. I highly recommend it. "I suddenly felt compelled to write a review here in Hurghada. Checking into a new hotel yesterday, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door and warmly asked if we needed anything. This reminded me of Mr. Saleh, the housekeeper at a Luxor hotel, who made me feel completely at home. Since I love towel animals, I left a note and a tip asking if he could fold a crocodile for me. After a day out, I returned to find a huge elephant on the bed! And a cute doll sitting next to it 🪆, which made me incredibly happy. Mr. Saleh probably saw the Jellycat elephant on my bed and folded a similar one based on my preference☺️. The next day, he folded a crocodile 🐊 and a monkey 🐒 hanging from the light. Returning in the evening, it was another surprise! Walking into the bathroom, there was a small fresh flower 🌸 in a cup, instantly brightening my mood, and all my fatigue vanished. On the morning of check-out, I received another swan 🦢. During our stay, he promptly replenished our toiletries and kept the room spotless. If you choose to stay here, Saleh will undoubtedly provide you with the best service. That morning, after a long drive without eating anything, all I wanted was to check in quickly. However, I waited for over half an hour for check-in with no progress. The Trip.com customer service was very responsive and helped us resolve the issue immediately. Thank you to the curly-haired lady at the front desk who upgraded our room. I love the papyrus paintings in the room; they are exquisite and not easily found or bought in tourist areas. The room facilities are excellent and well-designed. In a limited space, everything you need is there. I could comfortably sit in front of the mirror to do my makeup and sit on the sofa to eat hotel food. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom is well done, and the lighting is good. I especially like that I can choose to turn off individual lights instead of just one master switch. However, other service staff we encountered at the hotel were quite cold. When asking for our room number at breakfast, their expressions were indifferent. Walking into the restaurant, the staff were very cold. One lady, not wanting us to sit at an un-set table, suggested we sit at a table she designated with cutlery. We still sat where we chose, and she showed impatience. For the next few days, she would just glance at us expressionless and walk away. When there was no cutlery on the table, I had to find someone to set it for me; so many staff in the restaurant saw me standing there with a need but wouldn't actively set the table. The managers in suits only asked European and American guests if they needed anything. During our four-day, three-night stay, not once did they speak to us. The front desk staff on the day of check-out were also very cold, only saying 'finished, bye bye' to me. At the other hotels we stayed at in Egypt, the staff were all very friendly, making us feel welcome and happy. So, I believe that no matter how good the hotel facilities and cleanliness are, mutual respect between people is more important. Therefore, I want to thank Mr. Saleh again and hope he encounters more appreciative guests. BTW, housekeeping staff are very busy every day, and extra requests increase their workload. A proper tip is a form of appreciation for them ❤️"

"A beautiful and sprawling property with interesting architecture. Approach to the hotel is possible either by car or boat. Service from the entire team was fantastic! Special thanks to Marina who was truly professional and extremely responsive. She helped to arrange tours and transfers at reasonable rates."

"The hotel has a small courtyard, garden, swimming pool in the yard, the room is also very large, the garden can be seen on the balcony, and the balcony is very comfortable. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast configured by the head, which is also ok. The boss will ask you what time to eat tomorrow morning the night before? The restaurant brother will wait at the agreed time. I stayed there for five days. In short, it is not bad, except for the poor Wi-Fi signal, the socket is two round holes, and it is very loose, many can not be used, breakfast is less than European and American cucumber, tomato, others are fine. Outside the courtyard is two worlds. The road at the door is not hardened. It is a main street for a few minutes. There are some snacks, a small fruit shop, and a sugarcane juice is very good. You can go to the pier to take a boat to the east bank, the main center is the east bank. Short stay is not recommended, after all, carrying luggage is quite tossing, time is sufficient, there is not much demand for Wi-Fi. You can rest here!"
