A very pleasant stay had in Bad Arolsen. Reception friendly reception. We were one hour early but that was no problem. Good room and wellness and swimming pool were excellent. Good breakfast. We're probably coming back a little bit. Thanks ☺️

Amazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

Rooms are beautiful and clean. We have been very well sleeping.
The breakfast was also delicious.
Unfortunately, for timely reasons, we could not use the swimming pool.

All was i.o. , until we noticed before aort that the pool was closed on the day! That was annoying, have booked this hotel for that we could use the pool was closed!!!!!

Later ingecheckt door vertraging op de weg. Konden officieel niet meer aanhaken bij diner, maar receptie regelde het toch voor ons nog en kwam dit persoonlijk vertellen bij de kamer.
Top Service
Genoten van de sauna en het zwembad. Eten was meer dan prima!
Bedden goed, zeer ruime kamer, prima douche.
Top verblijf dus.

Image of hotel in term of age and layout is way different, resulted in smaller room due to the layout assign, misleading images provided by hotel
Hotel is showing sign of age compare to newer hotel even if they are under non luxury category
Despite a luxury hotel in branding and price, major dust was found behind the table corner

It’s basically an apartment that can easily fit a small family for a 4-7days trip.
Reception was extremely helpful and always a smile on his face.
Restaurant is not big but offered me a wide selection of foods for breakfast

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing stay at the Mercure Wiesbaden. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna after a long day of sightseeing in the city and it was open till late in the evening. The location of the hotel was very central, you could walk to the train station, and there are many bus connections in the area. We felt very well taken care of, and highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWanted to stay at that property once it was Lindner Hotels under JDV by Hyatt, still it did not fail to convince with astonishingly friendly service with arrival coffee and full spa experience pre check in, as unfortunately early check in was not possible! the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes and the upscale suite was a truely unique apartment with high end amenities and a first class view, once arriving back in Frankfurt main the stay to be! Thank you at main Plaza Suites for an amazing stay!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in the park, with convenient parking. There are not many rooms in the whole hotel, which are small but exquisite, very beautiful, and have a sense of history. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast environment is beautiful and exquisite.
