"The hotel stands alone by Nanhu Lake, offering direct access to the lakeside greenway with a room card. It's lovely to stroll along the path in the mornings and evenings, enjoying the breeze. The hotel's own scenery is also beautiful, with charming bridges, flowing water, and attractive landscaping. It's not far from Nanhu Tiandi; we walked back after dinner there. The room was spacious and very comfortable, just like the pictures, with a 2-meter bed that easily accommodated 2 adults and 1 child. There's a minibar in the room, but **⚠️some items are chargeable, and there's a price list in the drawer⚠️**. The restaurant is quite large, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, with the mini wontons being particularly tasty. We even received a complimentary gift when we checked out."

"This hotel is located in a villa complex within the Zhujiajian scenic area in Zhoushan. The environment is absolutely wonderful, and it's pet-friendly, so bringing our little dog was a breeze. The soundproofing is excellent, much better than the seaside guesthouse we stayed in the night before, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable for sleeping. It's also very quiet being by the mountains. It's close to Dongsha Beach, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service directly to the entrance. Highly recommended! It's perfect for a relaxing holiday."

"Traveling with my dad and our dog, I initially booked two villa rooms. However, due to the many stairs and multiple levels, I was concerned for my father's safety. I requested a room change from Ms. Lucien, our butler, and she surprised our whole family by moving us to a large, single-story villa with lake views and minimal stairs. It even had its own lakeside pavilion, which we were absolutely thrilled with. My sincere thanks to Ms. Lucien for her meticulous care and attention. Although the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, the service is truly beyond five-star."

What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!"

"The room was clean and spacious, soundproofed, and the living was very comfortable. The green tea sachet used by the boss smelled very good. When I checked out, I casually said that I liked it. The boss gave me one, and the emotional value was full. Unfortunately, because of the heavy rain, I can't go to the beach. I sit in the boss's cafe for a whole day and drink coffee to watch the ball game. The green plants around the cafe are very tasteful, suitable for i people to be quiet for a whole day."

With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I always wipe down the nightstand and desk with sanitizing wipes when I check into any hotel, and there wasn't a speck of dust here. Also, I drink a lot of water, and the staff were very thoughtful, bringing me several extra bottles. I also dined at the hotel restaurant during my stay; the service was attentive, the food was delicious, and they even gave me a discount. All in all, I was extremely satisfied."
