Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

The hotel is in a great location. You can directly see the main peak of Nanga Bawa from the room. You can have afternoon tea and watch the sunrise on the golden mountain. The hotel has convenient parking, cleanliness, and the room is very large and comfortable. I stayed another night directly after checking in. It is also convenient to eat and shop around.

Hotel location is very good, just on Bayi Street. Next to Hong Kong Road, the Convention and Exhibition Center, not far from Gongbutian Street. As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt that the decoration was very good. The lobby was very large. The waiter saw me as the first time. I felt that the service was very good. Miss He Xia at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. I heard the accent like Sichuan. I asked if I was a fellow. 😂 There are many types of breakfast in the hotel and the taste is very good. There is actually sweet tea~ It’s quite delicious after a taste. It’s the first time I stayed in a very pleasant hotel in Nyingchi. Great 👍🏻

The location is excellent, right opposite the Tibet Museum, just a 5-minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is very convenient; during the off-season, you can park directly in front of the lobby without even going down to the underground garage. The front desk staff was very professional in helping us check in and thoughtfully reminded us to rest on our first day at high altitude. The room has a traditional and warm ******* decor. When visiting Tibet in the off-season (December), it's essential to stay in a warm hotel to alleviate the discomfort of high altitude. Even in Tibet, Shangri-La's breakfast maintains its usual high standard. Be sure to try the tsampa and homemade yogurt. We also happened to meet Kent, who is in charge of the restaurant, and he provided excellent service and recommended some itineraries for exploring Tibet.

I don't like reviews, but this hotel is really worth recommending! My family and I are traveling by car. This hotel is the first five-star hotel in the local area. With the attitude of trying it out, the overall decoration, service and supporting facilities are online. It is really a gospel for self-driving people to have such a high level of hotel in Motuo. The breakfast is very rich, dozens of kinds, tastes good, the service staff is very polite and patient, the room five-star package is complete, I like the taste of toiletries, I have a chance to come again!

My trip to Bomi! This hotel was a lifesaver! My last stop was Bonda Town, and the conditions there were indescribably terrible! Facilities: Huge parking lot with self-service car wash! And 12 washing machines! Laundry detergent and ironing machines were all readily available, making drying a breeze! The mattresses were incredibly comfortable! Wet and dry areas were separated. Cleanliness: The best thing about this new hotel is that the bedding was all brand new! Most importantly, it was spotless! Environment: Located right on the main road, very easy to find! Service: All the staff, both day and night, including the security guards, were incredibly attentive and observant! They even brought clean bags to help collect guests' laundry after it was done!

Songtsam did not disappoint. The afternoon tea and breakfast were both very generous! The butler, **Dingzhu, was incredibly kind; after our hike back from Xincuo, he proactively washed our car. Every evening when we returned to our room, a goodnight drink was laid out, and slippers were neatly placed at the door.

The room was upgraded for free. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the snow-capped mountains. You can also lie on the bed and watch the stars. It's beautiful. The service is attentive and thoughtful. The food is also delicious. I love the dandelion pancake. Except for the distance, there is nothing wrong with it

Highly recommended! It’s a good idea to choose this hotel when visiting the thousand-year-old salt fields! The hotel is very close to the Mangkang Salt Well and is only a 10-minute drive away. We drove 2 hours to get here after going to the Kawagebo Observation Deck the day before. We had a delicious dinner directly at the hotel restaurant, tasted red wine, and soaked in hot springs. The breakfast the next day was also very rich, and the staff were patient and enthusiastic. It was really a five-star experience! We also made an appointment to visit the winery the next day, and the lady in picture 6 took us there, with professionalism👍👍👍
