"The hotel service exceeded expectations! The room was spotless, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and playing games or streaming videos was super smooth. The shower delivered hot water quickly with strong water pressure, washing away all fatigue. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is extremely friendly for self-driving travelers. The guest service center was attentive and warm. The night view was gorgeous, it's super close to the airport, allowing for an extra hour of sleep. Definitely worth staying again!"

"Coming to Qingdao for National Day, we stayed at the Haitian Hotel for four days and three nights. We booked a twin room with a partial sea view. I didn't have specific floor requests, and even on the 9th floor, we still had a sea view. The room was well-equipped, and supplies were replenished very quickly. It was very quiet during rest periods, which gets full marks. The breakfast was also very abundant. In terms of transportation, we took taxis everywhere, as it's a bit far from the subway station. Crucially, Xiao Shang was also very responsible, checking in daily to see if we needed anything. Our child was over 120cm, so breakfast was originally going to be charged, but Xiao Shang promptly helped me resolve this issue. Overall, we are very satisfied with the Haitian Hotel."

"The room had a fantastic view, and it was clean and tidy with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also good. Alan Liu from the staff was warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hotel environment was quiet. It was very convenient for a stroll, right next to Wanda Plaza in the city center, and across from Suochengli. This stay was a great experience with good value for money. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a sea view!"

"This was my first time climbing Mount Tai, and I stayed at this guesthouse directly. The location is great, very quiet, and the room was clean and comfortable. After an exhausting day, coming back to such a pleasant environment truly revitalized me. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! You could even stay here without climbing the mountain. It offers great value for money and I'd definitely recommend it to friends!"

"Another stay at InterContinental Jinan City Center, and it truly did not disappoint! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown and within easy walking distance of Baotu Spring, Furong Street, Pearl Spring, and Daming Lake. Pearl Spring is particularly convenient, located just across the street inside the Provincial People's Congress compound, making it lovely for an evening stroll after dinner! There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so you never have to worry about finding dining options. The room size was standard. Coming from southern China, I wasn't quite used to the fully enclosed (sealed window) design, but the room was spotless and well-equipped. Even though the property has been open for many years, the facilities are very well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious, the toiletries were nice, the towels were dry and fluffy, and the soundproofing was excellent. As an Executive Room perk, we enjoyed four complimentary soft drinks from the minibar and free daily pressing for two shirts, which was a great touch. The Club InterContinental experience exceeded my expectations. Drinks and refreshments were available all day, offering a great selection of savory and sweet bites alongside fresh fruit. During my stay, the evening Happy Hour featured different dishes every night, including freshly made beef rice noodles cooked to order, which tasted fantastic! The lounge has an elegant, quiet ambiance with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. Ellie was warm, attentive, and provided spot-on service. I personally loved brewing a cup of tea during afternoon tea and just unwinding—so chill! The executive perks were genuinely useful, offering great value for money. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of Chinese, Western, and local Jinan delicacies; they even had ice cream at breakfast, which was an unexpected surprise! Despite the hotel being busy during the National Day holiday, the breakfast service remained well-organized and efficient. The service was simply impeccable, fully upholding the consistent high standards of the InterContinental brand. Every staff member greeted us warmly and proactively asked if we needed assistance. Room service was also prompt and tried their best to accommodate any request—simply superb! Having stayed at major international hotel chains both at home and abroad, I think InterContinental Jinan ranks among the very best high-end hotels in China when it comes to service. It will definitely remain my top choice whenever I visit Jinan, and I will recommend it to friends. Wishing the hotel continued success!"

"The room was spacious, the environment was lovely, and the facilities were complete. It was a very comfortable stay, and it was perfect for taking photos! I could see the rolling waves right from my bed and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean tide at night; it was incredibly healing. The hotel is built right within the old city of Qufu, just a stone's throw away from the Confucius Temple, reachable in a mere 3-minute walk. Secondly, its Chinese courtyard mansion design blends seamlessly with the historical surroundings. The entire hotel complex features traditional grey bricks and dark tiles, with courtyards and interconnected rooms, and all buildings are only two stories high. We booked a ground-floor room with a small courtyard, which was quiet, elegant, spacious, and bright. Thirdly, the hotel offers excellent and comprehensive facilities and services. Due to its location within the ancient city, where surrounding amenities are not as abundant, the hotel has enriched its own offerings. It boasts a constant-temperature indoor swimming pool with a dome skylight, a 24-hour gym, a variety of family activities, Chinese and Western restaurants, a bar, and a tea room – everything you could wish for. Particularly commendable is the special evening BBQ service, located in the outdoor garden of the Western restaurant. This provides guests with an additional evening entertainment option, caters to friends looking to chat and enjoy a drink, and even features a live singer, creating an amazing ambiance."

"This hotel is only about 100 meters from the Hongmen Visitor Center, which is super convenient! If you want to take the bus up the mountain from Tianwaicun, the You3 bus goes directly from the Hongmen Visitor Center. And if you're planning to hike, you just walk a few dozens meters up the road from the hotel entrance, cross a bridge on your left, and you're directly on the hiking trail. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the smart home features are easy to use. Overall, a great stay experience."

"During the National Day holiday, I stayed at Shangri-La Qingdao with my family. The most delightful surprise this time was meeting our butler, Nina. After we checked in, she proactively added me on WeChat. Later, when we inquired about the buffet restaurant's operating hours and dining details, she promptly and thoroughly responded to all our questions. On the morning of our departure, Nina specifically messaged us to remind us about collecting our farewell gift and extended National Day wishes – full of thoughtful details. Due to an unexpected change in our itinerary, we encountered traffic on our way back and planned to have the buffet at the hotel before checking out. After explaining the situation to Nina, she was incredibly understanding of our arrangements. Her communication was gentle and patient; she didn't rigidly adhere to policies but fully empathized with the inconvenience of traveling with family. Many hotel services are just routine, but Nina's genuine dedication was truly palpable. After a tiring journey, this kind and thoughtful service brought our Qingdao trip to a perfect close. If I visit Qingdao again, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La once more, and I look forward to meeting Nina again! We hope to see Nina in Harbin too!"
