"The hotel is huge, and its facilities are excellent; it's probably one of the best in the area in terms of hardware. The cave room is very unique, but the lighting is so dim it really feels like a cave. If the hardware is five-star, then the service is three-star. The service was absolutely terrible, and the hotel's management level was a disaster. We stayed for two days and encountered so many problems that we decisively checked out and moved to another hotel, even though we had originally planned to extend our stay. 1. Because we were watching the 'Return to Yan'an' performance at 7 PM, the front desk, based on the time, booked an 'Embittered Memories' dinner for 5 PM the day before. Later, I called the front desk again to change it to 5:30 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant punctually, the restaurant's front desk couldn't even find our reservation, and the restaurant was completely unprepared. The restaurant staff quickly informed the hotel front desk that due to lack of preparation, all internal hotel guests with reservations were pushed back until after 8 PM. 2. There was a lack of communication or timely information exchange between the restaurant, front desk, and concierge. Given such a major blunder with the dining reservation, I immediately went to the front desk to inquire about the performance reservation I had made the day before for today. From what I overheard from the staff's phone conversation, it seemed they still hadn't made the reservation and were urgently trying to sort it out. 3. The restaurant manager said that because they weren't prepared, they would arrange for the food to be delivered to our room after 8:30 PM. After we returned from the performance, it still hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told that the reservation hadn't been made again. They then rushed to make it, and it was delivered to our room after 9 PM. 4. Breakfast was an even bigger disaster. The restaurant was quite small, with no usher, and no designated queuing area. The front desk just let people in without any guidance. Everyone had to wait behind guests who hadn't finished eating yet to grab a seat. In the end, we (a family of three) had no choice but to split up and find separate spots to share tables. 5. Not to mention the insufficient supply of coffee, milk, and beverages, the plates were also cleared very slowly. Everyone was doing half a task and then moving on to another. Despite a decent number of staff and not too many tables, it was still chaotic, which again proved the extremely poor training and management. 6. While eating, we saw more and more guests coming down. The front desk informed them there were no seats and to come back in half an hour. A large group of guests left unhappily. However, later guests were seated right away when seats became available. I can only imagine the anger of the large group of guests who waited half an hour only to have to continue waiting. 7. When checking in, we registered our child's information, but the front desk didn't even think to prepare children's toiletries and slippers. When I called the front desk from the room, the robot answered and recorded the request for children's supplies and an extra duvet. Half an hour later, there was still no movement. It was only when I switched to a human operator to complain that they urgently delivered them."

"The room was absolutely amazing! It looked exactly like the pictures, 200%. The owner was incredibly nice, offering pick-up and drop-off services and even providing a travel guide. Our trip was super smooth and enjoyable because of them. The dinner the owner cooked was also delicious, tasting just like home-cooked food – unlike the greasy and salty meals you get at regular restaurants. It was light and flavorful, and we devoured every dish. Before we headed down the mountain, the owner thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The shower water pressure and temperature were perfect, just right. This place is incredible value for money! Highly recommended! I've attached a picture of a corner of the courtyard, which just shows how tasteful the owner is. Even the kids loved it!"

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, so my schedule wasn't delayed at all. The high-speed Wi-Fi was stable and met all my work needs. It's really good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"This is by far the best resort hotel in Hanzhong. The value for money is incredible! It's located right in Hanzhong Wetland Park, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. The hotel provides breakfast and a noodle bar for lunch, and we'll definitely be back. The kids loved the playground where they could burn off some energy, making both adults and seniors very happy. Plus, the price is so reasonable; a hotel of this quality would easily cost over a thousand yuan in Xi'an, but here it's just over five hundred yuan a night during the off-peak season."

"The location is pretty good. To the right is the never-sleeping city, and directly across is the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Just across the road is Joy City. One of the lamps in the room was broken, and the overall decor felt a bit dated. Overall, it was acceptable; I'm not overly picky, even though it wasn't as grand as Westin hotels I've stayed at in other cities. Unexpectedly, when I went to a banquet at Furongge next door at noon, I suddenly realized that hotel was much grander and more luxurious, and even cheaper! In comparison, the value for money here was very ordinary, and they're both so close!"

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions — everything is easily accessible within walking distance. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm smiles and professionalism made my stay truly pleasant and comfortable. I was impressed by the clean and spacious room, the comfortable bed, and the hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort. The free laundry service and unlimited mineral water, tea, and coffee were thoughtful touches that added great value to the stay. Overall, a great experience with excellent facilities and service. I would definitely choose Yongchang International Hotel again on my next visit to Yulin!"

"Although it is a new store, no matter the hardware facilities, environmental sanitation from the overall to the details of the room, and the warm service of the little sister and brother, it is really a very good stay experience. Originally, it was a birthday to relax and play, thinking that this place must not have cakes, thinking about forgetting, I didn't expect the store to still put the beautiful pink mousse cake in front of me in the heavy rain, really was a surprise, a hard poke in my heart. "This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful. The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel! The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses. But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up! The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service! My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved."
