Location-wise, the airport bus stop (line 3) drops you off right across the road, and the bus stop back to the airport is right outside the hotel (＜1 min).

I am currently staying at Wanda for 9 nights and very impressed with the room , location especially the staffs. Every staffs here are so friendly and willing to serve and greet you every time they see. Breakfast is superb. The variety and taste of the food is beyond my expectations. The housekeeper is the best. I booked Guest room staying on Floor 14 . Huge room with comfortable bed and bath tubs. TV Chanel is good , all amenities in the room are provided daily. Laundry room is on the 2nd floor only two washing machines available but always empty and free to use. The airport bus stands is just on the right corner of the hotel. Zhongyang Street just cross the lights in front of hotel. Hongzhuan Morning market less than 1 km. Metro is just few minutes walk. Local minimart on the left and right sides of the hotel. Local food restaurants on the left side.

You should call the hotel once arrived in Harbin. Which is not an easy thing to do unless you speak Chinese. I was helped by the airport personnel (but you have to walk out from arrival hall and get to the departure hall where the info desk is). The hotel itself is nice but in China they smoke everywhere, so rooms are quite smelly. 1F restaurant personnel were very kind and supportive. Will stay there next time since there is no much choice for an overnight in the airport area. Konggang and another hotel are just the other side of the street. Mini market is nearby which is convenient.

Have been staying here for 4 nights... every breakfast has been fantastic.. service level is super good especially Jenny the restaurant manager.. she is very friendly and remember us whenever we come for breakfast. She is smily and all her staff is very friendly too... the environment and ambience is very nice and comfortable... food is very good and really worth staying at this hotel!! Everyone in the hotel are very friendly n always serve with a genuine smile...

The hotel is located next to Central Street. You can see the neon lights of Central Street from the window. It's quiet when you close the window and it's easy to get in and out. The room service was very good and they upgraded my room for free. The room is quite spacious and convenient to use.

I think it is the best location in downtown Harbin. When get off from airport bus the hotel is right in front of the bus drop off station. Hotel also in front of Harbin railway station south entrance/exit. The restaurant on the right sight just next to the hotel entrance is very tasty and not expensive. The only complain I have is the bed is too soft and small room, not suitable if you travel with big luggage.

The room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of a third world country. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat strips they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

My stay at Ibis Harbin was great. The hotel has a strategic location, making it very convenient to go to Central Street or Sophia Cathedral. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The service staff is friendly and always willing to help guests. The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich in variety and tastes good, and can meet the needs of different guests.

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Do be aware that ******* people likes to smoke in the hall way and elevator. People also have poor etiquette in the breakfast buffet area with regards to cutting in line and watching video with their phone on speaker.

Extremely warm hospitality from the host and hostess. She's so meticulous, caring and concerned about her guests, making sure everyone is comfortable. She helps with our travel plans and transport arrangements, too. She attends to every detail before and after we arrived at her cosy home. She even does the meals by herself with the help of four other friendly and helpful women. The breakfast is simple local porridge served with pickled vegetables and also hard boiled eggs. Snow valley is a small town 2 to 3 hours drive away from Snow Village. There are scheduled long distance buses from Harbin to and fro Harbin as well as Snow Village. The hostess will help her guests with the transport arrangements and the buses will pick guests up from the main street just 100m away from this accommodation.

The accommodation environment is super good. My wish to see snow as soon as I opened my eyes finally came true. The service attitude is also super good. They can help solve any problem I need.

The next morning, we went to Wusongling. The owner of the inn also took the guests to play all the projects and helped everyone take pictures and videos throughout the whole process. The scenery of Wusongling is really amazing. The inn has three meals, breakfast is free, and other meals can be ordered. No matter which scenic spot you go from or which scenic spot you want to go to, there are basically buses. As long as you tell them in advance, the inn can help arrange it. It was my first time to experience RV accommodation. It was very fun. The RV was clean and tidy! The toiletries were all high-end, not in bags. It felt good. The location is very good. It's about 200 meters away from the scenic area shuttle bus. The bed in the room is very big, tatami style, clean and hygienic. The store owner gave me a free upgrade because I brought two children! When I arrived at the scenic area, the store owner came to pick me up. Nashan Naxue is a hotel that gives people a sense of belonging. The whole family is very warm and hospitable. I would like to thank the hotel housekeeper Daqiang for his generous companionship. Knowing that we were short on travel time, he took us on a quick trip* *Zi Shan and Ice and Snow Gallery, it’s really fun to play in the snow! !
