"I've been to Sanya at least once a year for the past 6 years, and I've definitely had some less-than-ideal experiences. This was my first time bringing my child, and honestly, I didn't have high hopes for the hotel initially. However, as soon as I opened the room door, all my worries disappeared. The sea view was spectacular and endless, offering a clear sight of boats going out and returning. Downstairs, there are two swimming pools, and my little one absolutely loved playing in the infinity pool. The breakfast selection was excellent. Our butler, BOBO, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, promptly and cheerfully assisting with directions to the beach and arranging a late check-out. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby."

The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was especially comfortable for sleeping. The balcony features a huge bathtub, though unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it due to the weather. Check-out was handled very efficiently by the staff, and they even gave us a small gift upon departure."

"I absolutely love the resort vibe of JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay! It's designed with a Chinese tropical garden theme, and every corner is a perfect photo op. The room is spacious, and the balcony offers a breathtaking sea view. The in-room hot spring tub is incredibly soothing.
The infinity pool, the garden hot spring tubs, and the private beach just a short walk away are all fantastic – quiet and uncrowded. After a fun day, soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the sea breeze makes for a perfect, relaxing island getaway. I highly recommend it!

"The room's location is excellent, truly a sea-view room. It's just a 5-minute walk downstairs, across the road, to Sanya Bay beach. The surrounding area is bustling with amenities, very convenient. You can easily find options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The room itself is quite spacious with a great layout. It was very comfortable to stay in. Opening the window, you can see the sea not far away, which instantly brightens your mood.
If you request daily cleaning, the customer service is incredibly responsive and accommodating.
When staying away from home, I believe the host's service is paramount.
What truly made this homestay stand out was the exceptional service attitude of both the customer service and the host. They genuinely answered every question promptly and effectively! "The hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the sea with a good beach, 5 minutes' walk from a small market, small supermarkets and cafe. The apartment area is a separate cottage with several rooms in a group of cottage with a protected area. I am disadvantaged by the absence of a 24-hour resepshen (work up to 20 hours). Therefore, in the absence of a symcard, at night there is no possibility to call a taxi to the airport.
Wedding is clean , plumbing is clean, the girl on the respiratory is very responsive and friendly."

"I booked a B&B in Haitang Bay for a business trip. I personally don’t like staying in hotels. I always feel too restricted. Even though I am on a business trip, I still hope to have the same enjoyment as a vacation. I initially booked this B&B based on good reviews and attractive photos. I always felt that the price was a bit high, but I finally decided to give it a try. Try it yourself and you won’t get into trouble. Let’s talk about the service first. When I got off the road outside the hotel, the butler came out to greet me and asked me if I had booked a hotel and wanted to check in. Then he came over and took the suitcase from my hand. He was very proactive and enthusiastic and would not let me go. People are disgusted. After checking in, you will be taken to your room. During this period, you will be introduced to where to eat in the surrounding area that is cost-effective and delicious, and where to go for fun. It makes you feel very comfortable.
As for the guest rooms, they are definitely not worse than the photos. The decoration is light and luxurious, with furniture and appliances. The most comfortable thing is the central air-conditioning. The small room also has central air-conditioning. The air-conditioning basically makes no sound, which is great. There is a swimming pool downstairs in the room, which is free, and the park is very comfortable and not big. There are several kinds of flowers blooming in the park this season. It is very pleasant to stroll around with the breeze, the fragrance of flowers and the chirping of birds. Overall, this store is very good. I will choose it next time I go to Haitang Bay."

I picked this hotel in Wanning on the fly. Even though prices went up everywhere during the National Day holiday, this one was still pretty affordable. Maybe it's because it doesn't have a sea view, which kept the price down, but the environment is absolutely fantastic, especially the outdoor infinity pool – it's really great. We only stayed one night this time, so it felt a bit rushed, but it would actually be a wonderful place for a vacation. It's only about a 30-minute taxi ride to Shimei Bay, and the hotel food is excellent too.

We even had a dedicated service butler who was incredibly helpful. Their response time for dining arrangements and car bookings was very quick. The room facilities and decor have a charmingly rustic and natural feel. As for the views, they are absolutely stunning, with rolling mountains and blue skies and white clouds that feel within reach. You can hear the rustling of the pines and the wind blowing through the leaves, and there's a panoramic view of Yalong Bay, where the sea and sky blend seamlessly. It's perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway and a close connection with nature.

The hotel's design offers great privacy, enveloped by a tropical garden, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling world. The public pool has beautiful scenery, and with few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing swim. The service details are impeccable; the shuttle operates freely within the resort, making getting around very convenient. They even deliver takeout to your room, which is fantastic! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a superb experience, definitely worth coming back for again and again.

Qingzi￥This is our third time staying at this hotel! This time we brought our kids, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a huge lobby, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the Coconut Dream Corridor. Sanya Bay sunsets truly are the most breathtaking! The front desk thoughtfully arranged a sea-view room for us where we could watch the sunset. Since there aren't many tourists right now, the overall experience was much better than during peak season. My child had a blast swimming in the pool and digging in the sand at the beach—they didn't want to leave! The hotel also offers a great variety of kids' activities, so children can easily spend the whole day here. The room is very spacious; the facilities are a bit dated, but given how many years it's been open, that's expected. Plus, the hair dryers have finally been upgraded to new ones. All in all, this is a family-friendly hotel that offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for traveling with kids.

Guest UserOur stay at InterContinental Hotels SANYA HAITANG BAY RESORT by IHG was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the duty-free shopping complex. The resort grounds feature a very pleasant environment with coconut groves and lawns, and the private beach is quiet, clean, and offers great ocean views. You can even watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the hardware facilities were well-maintained.
Special thanks to our butler, Zoe! She proactively reached out throughout our stay, responded to any requests very quickly, and patiently helped coordinate and resolve issues. The service was thoughtful and professional, making the whole experience completely hassle-free. The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, and the pool and public areas are well-equipped. It's an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Sanya, highly recommended!

Guest UserFar exceeded expectations! They even provided complimentary fruit and milk on the first day. The ocean-view room offered great value for money with an amazing field of vision—you could see the sea right from the balcony. Sitting outside at night was super breezy and comfortable, and you could hear people singing by the beach. During the National Day holiday, there was even a molten iron fireworks show (Da Tie Hua) which we could watch right from the balcony. The public areas are spacious with great landscaping and tons of coconut trees; it was so relaxing to grab a lounger by the beach in the afternoon and gaze at the sea. While taking a stroll, I passed by the Scarecrow Farm and was surprised to find quite a few cute small animals. There's a night market just a few hundred meters away, making dining out or ordering delivery very convenient. Our butler, Coral, was extremely thoughtful, warm, and attentive. We added each other on WeChat on the first day, and she would proactively check if we needed more bottled water. Her responses were always prompt. Highly satisfied!

The Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay really gave us a big surprise! The rooms were very comfortable, and the resort has plenty of swimming pools with various depths and activities to choose from. Transportation is also very convenient, with frequent shuttle buses running all around Sanya. The best part was the exceptional, attentive service—our butler, Tudou, truly made us feel at home. He anticipated and solved every little issue with great attention to detail. A huge thumbs-up! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Xujiu。The location of the store is very close to the expressway. It is also very close to Shenzhou Station. There is a parking space at the door. I personally think it is not too far from two internet celebrity ranches. The staff in the store are very friendly and they help charge the car and provide valet parking. Dog friendly. I have also worked in a B&B, so I know that the boss is very considerate and the disposable supplies are of good quality. Thick-soled disposable slippers and toothbrushes with boxes are a bit more expensive. There was a small problem during the whole-house smart booking process. The lady boss was very positive. The solution is very suitable for display. The price is much lower than other rice field B&Bs.
