"The hotel was presented to us, the room was receptionable, bed, towels, welcome message. Good breakfast, hot shower. The environment was pleasant, even being low season, there was no overshoot noise, game room, clean pool, even being winter, waiting room and other organized environments. We like it very much."

"My experience at the hotel left much to be desired, especially considering it was a couple's trip to relax and enjoy a quiet night. I decided to organize the points to make the reason for my dissatisfaction clearer. The first problem occurred right at check-in. We arrived around 1:30 PM and, even after returning from lunch, at 2:10 PM our room was still not available, even though the official check-in time was 2 PM. We ended up waiting longer than expected without much explanation. When we finally got into the room, we had problems with the bathroom. The shower practically didn't work properly: the water came out in an extremely weak stream and didn't heat up. We contacted reception and they advised us to leave the shower running for about 10 minutes because of the boiler. We did exactly that and, even so, the water remained cold. The most frustrating thing was that there was no attempt to resolve the situation at that moment, such as offering another room or some alternative. It became clear that the problem was indeed with that specific room, because later, when we requested a room change, the shower in the new room was completely different: hot water working normally, much better pressure, and a comfortable shower. In other words, there was indeed a defect in the first room, and this could have been resolved earlier. At bedtime, another even worse problem arose. The room was apparently near some service area or staff activity. Around 2 am, it was impossible to rest because of constant noises: dragging, heavy footsteps, and conversations. We called reception to complain; they said they would resolve it, but about 20 minutes later the noise was even worse. We had to request a room change because it was simply impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the impression given was of little concern for the discomfort caused, without much cordiality or apology for the situation. Regarding breakfast, there is a good variety, but clearly the hotel cannot cater to the number of guests. The space becomes extremely crowded, and many items end up without being replenished. At the dessert table, for example, items like pudding and cheesecake ran out early and weren't replenished, even though it was only 9 am and breakfast was served until 10:30 am. Another negative point was the organization of the parking garage. Despite the parking being paid, retrieving the car was extremely slow. It took them a long time to locate and deliver the vehicles, causing unnecessary waiting. Overall, it was a frustrating experience due to the lack of organization, maintenance problems, and little concern for resolving guest issues."

"The overall stay experience is very good! The hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The check-in and check-out efficiency at the front desk is high, and the staff is warm and polite. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was acceptable, the toiletries were complete, and the hot water supply was stable. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and there is no smell for ventilation. The public area is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is cleaned in time. Cost-effective online, quiet and comfortable living, will give priority to this next trip, it is recommended to stay!"

"Prezados, Gostaria de registrar a minha insatisfação com a experiência que tive durante a hospedagem no hotel neste final de semana de Dia das Mães. Escolhi o hotel justamente para proporcionar um momento agradável ao lado do meu filho de 11 anos, considerando o clima frio do período e as opções de entretenimento divulgadas no site, especialmente a piscina aquecida e a sauna. Entretanto, ao chegarmos, fomos informados de que a sauna estava em manutenção e a piscina encontrava-se morna/fria, devido ao problema com uma peça que não mantinha a aguá quente, o que acabou frustrando bastante as expectativas criadas pela divulgação apresentada. Além disso, tivemos alguns problemas relacionados à limpeza e conservação do quarto. Em duas toalhas que utilizamos havia cabelos de outras pessoas, e os lençóis inferiores da cama apresentavam manchas escuras, situação extremamente desconfortável para qualquer hóspede. Outro ponto que me causou desconforto foi a cobrança adicional referente ao pet. No site é informado que pets são bem-vindos, porém não há clareza sobre a existência de taxa extra para hospedagem. Assim, fui surpreendida no balcão com a cobrança de R$ 60,00. Da mesma forma, houve a cobrança de R$ 30,00 pelo estacionamento, embora o veículo tenha permanecido estacionado na calçada em frente ao hotel. Durante a estadia, conversei com outros hóspedes que também demonstravam insatisfação com a experiência entregue em comparação ao que é divulgado. Inclusive, ouvi comentários de que o hotel teria sido vendido e que futuramente será demolido para a construção de um resort. No entanto, independentemente dessas informações, o meu descontentamento está diretamente relacionado à diferença entre o que é ofertado no site e a experiência real entregue aos hóspedes. Sinceramente, se eu soubesse que a experiência seria dessa forma, teria optado por outro local, com custo-benefício mais atrativo e expectativas alinhadas ao que realmente seria oferecido. There are different WiFi connections with different passwords everywhere."
