"This hotel is located in a residential area in the southern part of Canberra. It's a great spot to get a feel for Canberra, nestled in a lovely neighborhood. There's a bus stop right in front, and it's about a 20-minute bus ride from the city center, with decent frequency. You can get to the airport by changing buses once in the city center. As it's an Ibis hotel, the facilities are solid. Breakfast was a European style, though the selection wasn't extensive. There aren't many dinner options nearby. It seems primarily designed for guests traveling by car."

We stayed for three nights, only requested room service after the second night, but our bed sheets didn’t get changed, vanity consumables, such as shower cap, cotton tips were ran out but no topup. Had to call reception to get them delivered. The smoke alarm went off in the third night at 3am, never had such bad experience. Only good thing is its location."

"I made a temporary reservation and it turned out to be a hotel apartment. There are all kinds of pots, pans, knives, forks and chopsticks. It's very convenient. It's great to check in with your bags. The facilities are a bit old and the room has no air conditioning. It will be very hot in midsummer."
