It was very good to be able to check in early and respond gently.

The motel is very close to the center so it is very easy and comfortable to get there. The good thing was that it is in a gated property so at least it feels safe. I reserved a room for three people but they provided just two sets of towels. The room had the basic. TV, no fridge. The main problem I had was the clean. The room did not feel clean at all. The beds were changed, but under the bed the dust and dirt was disgusting. The floor probably has not been clean from a very long time and there was a condom wrap open under the bed. The walls and doors had spots all over . Overpriced for what you get.

Check in was fast and the man in the office was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, it was very quiet, even in the parking lot area. It's a very basic motel,(bed,TV, small table, towels and a bar of soap) I would definitely bring my own pillows. When on a budget it's a descent place.

Room was clean and bed seems to be fairly new but not all that comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom area. The location and parking is very undesirable and scary. A lot of homeless and vagrants seem to hang around this area. Noticed they were close to vehicles but didn't see any broken glass when I departed.

We got a first floor room, which we wanted. Parking close by.

It was clean the bathroom light flickered slightly but that ain't anything bad i stayed for 5 days because I just started taking some classes nearby and I live far away from the area but it was a good price and clean

Easy to get to location with restaurants nearby. Green frog cafe was pretty good. No coffee in the room or even a way to heat water. Smelled a bit funny but not too bad. Easy parking right in front of door.

We loved our stay but paid double for the room! Prepaid via Trip.com, then Kimpton charged us again. After 4 polite phone calls to rectify the situation, we never got a return call. Called again and was told they couldn't help me.

For the price it was a good hotel. Most of the towels had old stains that made them look dirty. But again, for the price you can't complain much. I'd stay there again.
