Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day. The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture). The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! The swimming pool and breakfast are the highlights of this place. The food options are incredibly diverse and delicious. The staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly kind and friendly. However, our room was not very clean. There were even flies, 7 or 8 flies. The reception staff were also not very polite or understanding. We asked to move our baby’s crib from one room to another, but they started to complain and mumble. Lastly, the water bottles are extremely expensive. A small bottle costs 100TL, while in other hotels we stayed in, it was around 40TL. Despite these issues, the location is great for those traveling to South Gate in Pamukkale.

The hotel has a rich breakfast, a clean environment, and is very close to the Pamukkale scenic area. It is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as Chinese restaurants. Parking is convenient, suitable for self-driving tours

Firstly, he has been a manager in the tourism sector for years and has travelled a number of thermal hotels. The renovated general areas of the hotel have to be cleaned and maintained and the pool staff have to be provided with the spa lobby, restaurant hamam sauna, but the thermals have to be all-purpose. The restaurant service is quite wide and you will certainly find something that suits your enjoyment. The negative aspects are the free of tea coffee water, including dining hours. Friends at the reception are quite kind and professional. They upgraded us to our 3 adult accommodation and provided us with free transfer from standard room to delux room. Thank you for everything again ...

The sanitation is OK, but there are not many types of breakfast. There is no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage to the second or third floor. It is a seven or eight minute drive from Pamukkale. The hotel can help you book a hot air balloon. There will be a car to pick you up at the hotel entrance at five or six in the morning, and then take you back to the hotel after the hot air balloon ride.

It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party. Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience. Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good.

The hotel is really nice. Hotel room was worth the price. We are on road trip and we had a good stop this hotel is right below pamukale in the busy street full of restaurants Owner was really warm and welcoming.
