Facilities: Decent, relatively new. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Fairly attentive, but not overly enthusiastic. Breakfast was just okay. Environment: The surrounding area is a bit desolate, with nothing much to see or do, and not many restaurants.

the hotel didnt have internet i rooms and i think not safe for put your stuff....there wee two receptions. knew english . very nice helpfuland professional. I think there is a problem with the owner as nothing works there but people in eception were there 24 7 and very nice people

The location of the hotel is very convenient, declared 500 meters to the sea right, and here is the beach 7 bus stops from the hotel. The tram and network store is nearby. The settlement was not very smooth, the woman on the resepshen speaks and understands only Turkish. When we came to the settlement she spoke on the phone without breaking 10 minutes, after giving us the key to the room for three people, although we had a reservation for four. When we disagreed with her, she called some man and he told me in Russian to watch the photos of the room I booked. I showed the photos, long argued, and eventually she set us in the room according to our booking for four. The room is clean, with repair, bed linen is clean, no spots, there is air conditioning, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, teapot, refrigerator, towels tired. There is a kind of common kitchen, but the administrator said it is impossible to cook, just sit down, smoke.

Service was good, room was big. AC worked perfectly fine. The downside for me was the unexpected surprise of shared toilet and it wasn't cleaned often. Maybe twice a day? But there was a day where it was not cleaned once. The breakfast is a humble portion but has a nice variety.4 pieces of 2 cheeses, 1 egg, olives, bread and a variety of jam with tea. It doesnt fill you up but keeps you going. The location was good, close to town and local shops. The person at the desk was kind and helpful. Another down side is the elevator at night, its pretty loud. Overall, for its price it is a 4/5.

We were very impressed with the interior of Pearly Hotel — clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The room was spotless and well maintained, with contemporary amenities that made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony, which is adjacent to the room. We really enjoyed sitting there with a cup of coffee while taking in the lovely beach view — a perfect way to relax. Breakfast was nice and fresh; however, it would be even better if some juice options were included, as this is usually standard in most hotels. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area. Overall, a clean, stylish, and comfortable hotel. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is the most comfortable one during our Turkey trip. Room is spacious and clean. Location is quiet and walking distance to old town about 15mins. Nothing very much around the hotel but is easy to take local buses. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ms. Ayer who was the only person taking care of all guests during breakfast. She was awesome and attentive to our needs and she really take good care of us. Glad this hotel has her to serve lol the guests during breakfast room, she makes a difference. Highly recommended hotel.

We stayed for almost a week at the end of March in a 2-bedroom apartment. An amazing place that exceeded all our expectations. The huge sun terrace overlooking the sea and high wooden ceilings are worth every euro spent! 2 spacious bedrooms and a huge kitchen-living room. The kitchen has everything for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There are also enough different dishes for all occasions. The apartment is very clean. And what’s very nice is that you can see the care for the guests in the little things. Very beautiful pictures on the walls - paintings and graphics. There are a large number of restaurants and cafes around the house, and the nearest large supermarket is about 10 minutes on foot. Ideal location. To the port, to Hadrian's Gate, to the tram stop - everything is literally 5 minutes on foot. We will definitely come back here again! Among the possible disadvantages for people (this did not bother us at all) - 1. It can be a little noisy on the street in the evening, but at exactly 12 at night everything turns off, and except for parrots, no one else makes any loud sounds 2. Quite a steep wooden staircase to the apartment.

I am considering the hotel as an option if necessary to spend the night between flights when flying from Antalya Airport.. Taxi from the airport is $20 for 20 minutes (you can also take bus 511, but only if you have a minimum of luggage). Breakfast 8:00-10:00 continental modest. The room has clean linen, soap, shampoo, slippers, a small bottle of water. TV without Russian channels. In the summer there is a swimming pool outside and sun loungers around.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, polite staff, English-speaking. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water was hot. Wi-Fi was also problem-free. There was only one outlet in the room.

Hello! No direct beach access – that wasn't entirely clear to us beforehand. The view of the bazaar's rooftops and the beautiful facades of the surrounding hotels is something you might like, or you might not. Without discounts and points, the room would have cost €160 per night – it's not even remotely worth that. We paid around €90 per night, and that's already pushing it. We stayed for 3 days/2 nights, and the room couldn't have been any smaller. We were practically dancing around our luggage and piled up the table to keep everything within reach. We didn't request room cleaning during this time, as it wasn't necessary for us. The air conditioning constantly makes gurgling noises (even when turned off). The shower gets warm instantly, and the water pressure is very good – I've experienced much worse in other hotels and countries. However, the hairdryer is at the end of its life and needs to be replaced – we didn't bother with it. The advertised snack bar couldn't be found, despite using the app and a map from reception. When I asked where it was, we were informed that it had been moved indoors due to strong winds – having this information upfront would have saved me a lot of searching. The advertised midnight soup is a combination of all the leftover dishes from dinner – nevertheless, this meal was very enjoyable and we happily made use of it. The light show on the facade unfortunately forces you to darken the windows, as the light shines directly into the room. All in all, it was an OK experience, but not one we'd repeat.
