Anonymous UserWonderful experience and the best hotel during our stay in Madeira. Perfect price and value proposition with a staff who are really customers oriented and friendly. Smaller hotel what is never overcrowded. Nice charming design elements.
Very good breakfast with selection of local cheeses and meat. Real juice would be the only needed improvement and some pastel de Nata for the breakfast would add to the mandatory Portuguese experience. Otherwise 100% perfect stay. Excellent swimming pool with sea water.
Yes. The rooms are somewhat dated but super clean and comfortable. I didn't came here to see golden chandeliers so l was super satistied!
Excellent location and direct sea access. What more could one look for??

Our room had wonderful natural pool and sea views. We even caught the sunset on the first day! Front desk reception was receptive and very helpful, they gave us a welcome drink of Madeira wine + some citrus juice. Which was a great refresher after a long drive. Breakfast was American style with a decent spread. Only downside was the ongoing construction outside of the hotel. Otherwise would recommend +++
