Great Stay! The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff at the front desk were amazing and very welcoming. They work 24 hours, which is very convenient. 10/10 service.

Hotel is located on the marina with great views. Hotel is clean and breakfast good but hot food like warm Good for walking if you like and very close to beaches and restaurants. You have to be on main block or Marina side or you will have a long walk to your room. Service was very efficient and the buggy’s to take you around are helpful. Overall a good stay for a few days

I love this hotel. It was immaculate clean and the staff was accommodating. Our room was huge with a nice balcony. The amenities were great and they even gave us a cot even though we did not request it.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone especially if travelling with a family.

My room wasn't ready so I was given a free drink token. Unfortunately it was impossible to use as the bar where you could claim it was closed and they wouldn't let you use it anywhere else. Also the restaurant wasn't even half full and they wouldn't take walk ins. Very strange. Although the room was nice and clean and the pool area was nice. Quite hilly so not suitable for those whom can't climb lots of steps

The hotel was very clean, staff very welcoming and allowed us to check in way before time. It’s close to the airport as well as a big shopping centre so everything is in close proximity. The staff cleaned my room every day I was there and we had light and food when the whole Portugal had power outage. Will definitely recommend

Good service, old facilities, because it is a 1966 hotel needs a lot of upgrade. The two golf fields are excellent and well treated. I believe that the 5 stars are due to the golf fields, because I can certainly consider a 4 stars.

A new and spacious apartment hotel. It had two bedrooms, one with a large bed and the other with two single beds, plus two bathrooms. Everything was provided to make you feel right at home. I recommend this place, which is about 6km from the center of Albufeira. A car is essential for getting around. There's free outdoor parking or underground parking for 5 euros per day. The only downside was that the cleaning wasn't done regularly. I had to ask for cleaning and for fresh towels. They were only changed once in six days, which seemed insufficient to me. But otherwise, everything was perfect.

For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors.
Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy.
Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la!
Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard.
Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations.
DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned.

GGuest UserThe apartment is spacious but very dated. It also smelled strongly of smoke. The hallway also smelled of smoke. After the neighbors opened the door, the smell became even stronger. We suspect smoking in the apartments. The breakfast is really minimal. Only cold food and coffee from a machine. However, the staff is very friendly, and the location is convenient. You can walk to the boulevard and the city center within 5 minutes.

GGuest UserIt's ok for a few nights. I stayed in a 'traditional' styled apartment. Some rooms are dark and musty. Ants are everywhere even if you don't leave any food in your room.
The territory is huge with a swimming pool, gardens, cafes and a small supermarket. You can get a free tourist train card for 20 euro deposit.
