Pet friendly Hotels in Otago, New Zealand

We stayed in a room for 3 people. It had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, we hardly used the car. The staff were amazing anything we needed was taken care of quickly. We used the compound gym which we really enjoyed the man there was also really nice. The gentleman in reception, as everyone has said, was really great and could not have been more helpful. I was even able to use their office space for a period after we had checked out which I was so grateful for. I would highly recommend them and would stay there again no question.

Beautiful Queenstown – a hotel that solves the parking dilemma. The location is great; you can park your car for free and walk everywhere. There are several buildings, so you won't know which one you'll be staying in. I booked for a short 3-night stay and made full use of the facilities. I plan to stay here again.

Kitchen supplies could be improved, because there was no dishwasher and no range hood installed for ventilation, plus there was a scary sign ordering travelers not to cook fragrant food. Travelers arrive from all over the world with different food habits, so not sure what's considered unacceptable to cook. The electric cooking stove was old and kind of broken. The windows have no screens so it was difficult to leave them open without insects crawling in and we got multiple mosquito bites. Room on the small side for families as there was no separation. We appreciated the free washing machine and dryer, and detergent cost NZ$2.

The room is nicely furnished, and everything is made to make you feel welcome. Complimentary drinks, coffee and cookies. I enjoyed a sauna in the beautiful and the breakfast was perfect with freshly baked bread, yogurts, fruits, juice and cereals. I will definitely come back with my family as the garden must be stunning in summer

Cleanliness and facilities are average. The bathroom needs to be improved. There is a strong smell when I open the door. I need to open the door to let the air circulate to feel better. Other services and location are very satisfactory. There is a very beautiful beach nearby.

Everything is new, bed is new too. Very friendly staff and lovely place for someone to chill for the night
