All the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.

Most excellent. You will probably book this for the proximity to the airport rather than the area, and it is likely the best at this price point and probably better than more expensive options. Surprisingly quiet for the location. I am a very light sleeper and cannot sleep with any noise but had no problem getting a good night's sleep there. Great AC , good mattress, excellent toilet with wet room style shower. Amazingly helpful staff, good drivers for airport transport. Highly recommended, already booked another stay for my flight out!

Always felt welcomed at this place, i have been regular for past 1 year due to my work and have been assisted by Shehnaz ma’am. She is very welcoming and has always been at her feet to help the guest. I feel the negative reviews are the people who forget that this is a co-sharing space and they should also take some responsibility to keep the vicinity clean. I have seen many guest who create drama or share fake review just because they expect a 5 star hotel facility at the price of peanuts.

Staying at the chalet was an unforgettable experience! It was our wedding night, and the team went above and beyond to make it special with beautiful decorations, a complimentary cake, and champagne. Their hospitality didn’t stop there—they even arranged an additional dinner for us when we arrived late and were hungry. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Service location food is excellent. The hotel is good to stay for business travellers. The hotel is to improve only the toilet and the toiletries they give complementary should also include at-least tooth kit.

Place is very very clean and well kept! nice options to keep for pure wedding photo shoot! very co-operative staff! nice gestures for all customers @ evening tea and snacks near river bank little less variety of food but can be managed ! carry your booze from wai it's self' other wise you will have to travel 18km back to purchase alcohol! overall perfect place with no fillers for major complaints! go with big groups of 20-25 people. Raindance and all arrangements are good !

Beautiful cozy stay with great breakfast and food at the restaurant.

Property location was a lil bit inside. It was a very beautiful and well maintained property. View was really nice. Restaurant was a bit let down. Taste is not good and many of the food items were not available in the menu.

Over all good for family stay
