I had the best experience in the grand kaushalya. The employees are super helpful and the service delivery is really fast. They have all the basic amenities required in the hotel. I stayed in their and most comfortable stay. Room service is commendable. Food is amazing, you can have your customize dishes as well. Restaurants interior is outstanding we love it more. We're a group and enjoyed our short stay at the moustache. The staff is good and courteous. The rooms were decent but the linens and taps need a replacement ***** with the geyser which kind of misses it's purpose. Otherwise, the stay was good and i can recommend them for a short stay in view of the above points.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 day. Easy to approach walk in distance from bus stand. Clean and hygienic. Very helpful staff specially reception staff. I have to check out a little late (2) hours which was not charged by hotel. Overall stay was very good.

They donโt have in-house restaurant and bringing food from outside which is quite substandard, costly and leading to high wait time. They donโt provide coffee machine and have to order coffee every time and quite costly. Rooms are too small and claustrophobic and no ventilation. Washroom was stinking throughout and no respite even after keeping exhaust fan on full time. AC was not in good shape but served the purpose. Walls in washroom was dampened. Overall average stay given the price we paid for per night.

It was fantastic experience, the rooms, the swimming pool, ambience, staff was excellent ๐ ๐ Food is yummy, it's kids friendly also if you are traveling with your baby they will provide you khichdi or anything you would like to order for kids.

GGuest UserThe rooms were good, the pool was good. Just that the restaurant service wasnโt good. We had to wait for an hour to get the food that we ordered and staff denied to serve the food at room so we had to sit at restaurant although we saw that they delivered the food into room for others. And the water they provided wasnโt in the packed bottle, they were refilling the old bottles with the water and it wasnโt clean. Whereโs my discount coupon?

GGuest UserRecommended property to chill out and exhaust yourself with so much of interesting and engaging games. In the heart of forest resort with awesome retro theme based stay. Personally i liked the little little retro details added in every places and stay rooms. Nice gardens, river views and play area is so great. Most importantly the staff is so polite, helpful and gratifying. We bestowed with their hospitality. 10/10 for staff and service. Highly highly highly recommended place.
