Хороший отель с собственным пляжем. Находится на окраине Кобуллети, нет толп отдыхающих, но можно к ним прогуляться:) Идеально для спокойного отдыха. Стройка новых корпусов не мешает.

Overall a normal hotel, good location. Of the minuses:
- when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid
- there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁
- breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty
- upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system
- in the morning there was a water outage altogether

Excellent hotel, the location is super. The breakfast is simply wonderful! The staff needs more time to learn how to resolve guest issues, but for now, the hotel manager handles everything perfectly. You can find parking near the hotel either early in the morning or late at night.

The room is small and the surrounding area is more complicated. This Wyndham feels average overall. And a bit far from the main attractions of Batumi. Low cost performance, not recommended.
Trip.com It is said that there is a laundry service, but it is actually charged, not that kind of self-service.

Beautiful suite in a fantastic location. However, the service is poor. At check-in, we were promised we could stay in the same room due to another reservation. However, that promise wasn't kept the next day. No suitable solution was offered either. We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. Moreover, Trip's website claims an indoor pool is included, which isn't the case. You can use the pool for a hefty 80 GEL per day fee. Next time, I'll book a different hotel.

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

GGuest UserModern hotel, located on the 40th floor of the hotel orbit with sea view. You can not find the address of the corner house, but in fact it is behind it. The rooms correspond to pictures and description. Clean, beautiful, convenient. Nuance with elevators, you can stay 10 minutes. There is a place with breakfast but we haven't visited. 10 minutes from the sea. 20 minutes to the old city. Recommend.

GGuest UserWe stayed in a 'Premium' suite. The concept of the complex is good, and the room itself is spacious.
Pros: There's a swimming pool, grocery stores on-site, and a cafe. However, there are many downsides: the room lacks adequate lighting in the evening, the threshold in the bathroom is broken, causing water to leak from the shower with no drain to catch it. The showerhead sprays everywhere. The furniture feels flimsy, clearly an attempt to cut corners. Housekeeping is very mediocre. There's absolutely no soundproofing.
Overall, if they improve the service, get a maintenance crew in, and fix some of these 'flaws,' it could be good.
It definitely doesn't live up to being a 'Premium' suite.

AAnastasiaThe good is the location and view of the sea. But, frankly, the coastline is so long that it is easy to choose another option with no less good location.
The apartment is very sad. The furniture is as cheap as possible.
For 3 nights, two people left on a large towel and a small one. Seriously?
There is a laundry machine in the apartment, but there is not even one pill for it. There are dishes, but there is no means to wash it. Again, for 3 nights, 2 people left on 1 tiny tube of shampoo and on the same tiny shower gel.
Cleaning is not provided. I wonder, and if the family is settled for a week, they will not clean up and change their towels during this time too?
The electricity is a separate song. Early or later, there will be a fire in this apartment and it will start with a lamp in the bathroom. The bathroom does not close the door because the lock is broken. I don't understand why it isn't possible to fix everything before people are set?
When evicted, we were told to wait 10 minutes until we checked out whether the apartment is OK. I understand that this is a normal requirement, but can you somehow warn about it in advance? People can be late at the airport.
The TV does not work - is disabled for non-payment, wi-fi is, but it is impossible to use it, as it is necessary to log in.
There is a Sunset restaurant nearby from where the music is grinning at midnight. If you are hard to sleep, it will be a serious test for you.
We were in room 2218 and I don 't advise anyone.
