Jen DoorFollowing the Trip.com's recommendation of contacting the hotel before arrival the OYO number wasn't helpful as they claimed I needed to pay more for the trip and the Trip.com booking reference number was invalid.
I managed to get the direct telephone number to the hotel and the lady was helpful.
We got to the hotel early but the rooms weren't ready, so we were able to leave our luggage. We were late allocated room 22.
The room is big but could do with TLC. No tables or chairs to sit at. Bathroom clean but the shower made funny noises when turning on like it was a helicopter taking off. TV didn't receive any channels but WiFi was good.
Staff were really helpful as we didn't have enough towels and they were apologetic, they even lent us a hairdryer upon request.
It's a cheap stay so can't really ask for much.

Nice stay here, cosy room and friendly service. Centrally located in the town so perfect for visiting Stamford, in walking distance to everything I needed.
