Hotel ist sehr gut. Hotel hätte auch stonriert zumasl ich mich im Datum um einen Monat vertan hatte. Trip.com hat sich geweigerrt, obwohl noch vier Wochen vor Buchcung. Meiner Meinung nach der letzte Scheiß und ich werde jedem abraten über trip..com zu buchen. Das letzte aller Portale.
We booked a room with a breakfast buffet. The buffet was very extensive and there was something for every taste, very tasty. Unfortunately, the staff didn't always speak German. This is probably due to a shortage of skilled staff.
The rooms were well furnished with balconies. At night, it was dim when you got up. The bathroom was clean. The size and furnishings were adequate.

I love the location of the hotel, which is situated between the Lübeck Main Station and the bus station to get around the city. It was a perfect location and made my business trip comfortable and convenient.
I stayed at this hotel with friends. The hotel is located 240 meters from the bus stop. We booked a room for three. The room had a kettle, cups, spoons, 2 bottles of water, and glasses. It was a very clean and cozy room with air conditioning. In the hallway, there was a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom had everything necessary – a hairdryer, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, and two towels per guest. We only had positive emotions from our stay. The hotel even gave us an 8% discount. Check-in was quick. I highly recommend it.

Would have liked a bit more choice at breakfast. It wasn't bad but a little too little to choose from.

Otherwise, we were completely satisfied with our mini vacation at the Hampton Hilton.

If you want to check in before 2pm, they want a 25 euro fee. Seems a bit excessive. The toilet in the room also made a refilling noise for over 15 minutes whenever flushed.
That said, the room itself was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location too, very close to train and bus stops.
