For those arriving by car, the hotel is ideally located right next to the highway. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. The bathroom had a shower head in the bathtub. This was my second visit, and it was the same bathroom as during my first stay. I'm only mentioning this in case you might have trouble getting in and out of the tub. Those arriving by train will need to take a bus and possibly walk a bit further. It's worth it, though. I'll definitely be back.

The location is fantastic! It's just one stop from Terminal 1, which is incredibly convenient, especially if you have an early flight. Getting a taxi nearby is easy and the travel time is very short.
Good value for money, though it’s quite far from Frankfurt’s city center (e.g., Römerberg). If you don’t mind a ~1 km walk to the nearest train station, it’s a good trade-off compared to more expensive hotels in central Frankfurt

A perfect hotel for a short stay. The location is in the center of the old town and close to tourist sights, restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. The room (inc bathroom) was immaculately clean and the fridge and (small) in-room safe was much appreciated, as was the range of international TV channels. Given everything was so good, it was a surprise that despite a kettle being in the room along with ONE sachet of sugar and ONE UHT milk, but NO coffee or tea or teaspoon. (pic attached) Overall, excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again, but will remember to bring my own tea bags!

This hotel location is incredible, 300 meters to Main station, 300 meters to Messe. The hotel is also very clean with friendly staff. Rooms were big and clean and bathrooms are good size and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel for business travellers - specially going for any events in Messe.

Premium Airport Hotel with all necessary comfort features. Costly extra service fees i.e. Parking (30 Euro per night), pet fee (45 Euro per pet) and breakfast (29 Euro per Person).
This was my first stay here. I booked it because it's close to the exhibition center. The booking website mentioned it was about 200 meters from the S-Bahn exit, but that exit was actually closed. The actual exit was over 400 meters from the hotel, and I had to push my large suitcase uphill over a bridge, which took quite a bit of effort. Once inside, it felt very cozy. The website said the front desk offered translation services, but I didn't encounter that. I didn't understand what the male staff member was saying, probably instructions like check-out time. The room wasn't big but it was clean, with a kettle, which is great for Chinese guests. They even provided instant coffee and tea, which is rare in German business hotels. However, these weren't replenished on subsequent days of my stay. The bathroom had shower gel but no other toiletries. If you turn left out of the main entrance and cross a small road, you'll reach Skyline. Inside, there's a wide variety of restaurants and a large Rewe supermarket, which is very convenient. After walking through the supermarket, you still need to walk a bit further to reach the subway. Overall, once you get familiar with the area, it's quite convenient.
The room is very clean, tidy and very quiet. The water flow is very large. The clothes are very comfortable and soft. The location is also very convenient. It is directly at the exit of the subway. I will stay in this hotel every time I come to Frankfurt, Germany.
The facilities and services are good, and the room has two separate beds. Although it's compact, it has everything you need. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas with a sliding door are well-designed, and the mirror has an anti-fog function. The hotel offers breakfast; it's the same every day but quite comprehensive. The location is on the quieter side of the main train station, and tram 37 goes directly there. Getting to the exhibition center is a bit more troublesome, taking about 30 minutes by foot or public transport. There's a small riverside park nearby where you can take a stroll.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Frankfurt Airport this time. Its location is right opposite Terminal 1. From my room, I could see the airport out the window. However, it's not convenient to walk there with luggage. You can take the S9 train one stop to Gateway Gardens, and the hotel is straight ahead a short walk from the station. (I have no sense of direction, and the first time I followed Google Maps, I took a detour. Actually, you just need to walk straight from the exit).
The king-size room was quite spacious by European standards, clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, and toiletries (shampoo/body wash). You need to ask the front desk for a toothbrush and slippers.
Even though it's near the airport, the soundproofing is excellent; there was hardly any noise. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out. It took a little getting used to at first, but it's actually very smart and quick.
The breakfast food was decent, with a reasonable variety. As someone with a 'Chinese stomach,' no matter how many options there are, I only eat what my digestive system can handle. Hot cocoa, scrambled eggs, small sausages, bacon – these hot items, plus some apple juice, were more than enough for me. I also want to praise the lovely lady at the restaurant reception who checked me in for breakfast. On my second morning, I was rushing to catch a train and quickly checked out. I was just planning to have some hot tea before leaving, and she kindly gave me a bag to take some food with me for the journey. It was very thoughtful. Receiving such kindness in a foreign country is truly heartwarming.
Overall, I'm very satisfied. If you're just looking for a transit hotel, this is an excellent choice. There are many hotels in this area, and also a supermarket nearby. If you plan to explore the city, I recommend staying downtown. Although it's not far from the city center, crossing different fare zones makes transportation quite expensive, and buying train tickets in Germany can be a real hassle.
P.S. German trains are highly likely to be delayed, so always allow plenty of extra time for your journey.

Ggoatleomessi10Highly recommend!
Modern new hotel with bold design especially in the use of colors. Spacious room and reasonably clean, though I deducted 1 mark from cleanliness due to the strong odor in the corridor from recent renovation and some dust on the inside of the wardrobe, leaving some dusts on the sleeves of my jackets as well.
Excellent location, right next to the luxury shopping street and right in the heart of the city. Direct access to the S and U-bahn with escalators.
Amenities-wise, you can ring the reception to get you anything you need, even curling iron! 10 out of 10!
Would highly recommend!

GGuest UserIt was close to the Messe and within walking distance, which was great.
You can walk to Frankfurt Station if you want, and it's also just a short bus or train ride away.
I think the area is safer than the station.
They don't clean the room unless you request it, but even when they tell me to tell the cleaning staff, I've never met them...
On the last night, the alarm in my room suddenly started going off for an unknown reason and didn't stop for a while, which surprised me.
It stopped once, but started again a few minutes later and was quite loud. The person in the next room also went outside, so no one really knew what was going on. It was good that it eventually stopped, but they never gave me any explanation as to what had caused it.
GGuest UserNice three-star hotel,The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean and conveniently furnished. I missed only the water cooker on the room, however, it is not a duty for a three-star hotel.
Breakfast really super, all made with love..... clean selection...
The price was top with just €60 including breakfast.
I'm coming back
GGuest UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise! The value for money was absolutely top-notch, for a room that was perfectly spacious and exceptionally clean. As an added bonus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. There's a tram stop just 2 minutes away, which offers quick access to the city center or the main train station.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and the counter staff was very kind. I arrived at the hotel earlier and just had a room. Let me go through the reservation procedures first. The location is very close to the station and very quiet at night.
GGuest UserThe room is not big, but that's how it is in Europe, so it's not surprising.
But the transportation is really convenient. Go to several major attractions, churches and rope bridges. The core area for shopping. It's very convenient to have breakfast!
The service is also good. If you feel cold and ask for a blanket, they are very polite!
The room card does not provide drinking water. There is a separate shower.
It's just a few hundred meters to the train station.
Very safe
WWei ShenThis hotel is a bit like a homestay, WiFi is almost not received, the front desk is completely no one, let alone any service, the only advantage is that it is close to the exhibition hall.
