The hotel room with a small garden has a really nice style. The staff service is excellent, highly recommend! They even provide bathtub liners, and the breakfast is good too. My friends were quite satisfied. It's not far from good food and very close to the high-speed train station. The service is especially warm and friendly, big shout-out to them!

The room was very clean, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Both the owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The breakfast was bountiful, and as someone who travels frequently, I found this guesthouse hotel to be excellent. It's definitely worth praising! Next time I visit Mount Emei, I absolutely must book this hotel again.

The environment here is absolutely amazing 👍🏻! If only my itinerary wasn't so packed, I could have easily spent a whole day enjoying the hotel even during the daytime 😊. My kids loved it too! We arrived too late for them to swim, but they still had a great time playing by the pool for a while. The restaurant downstairs was completely beyond my expectations. First, the ambiance was lovely. We happened to arrive at the hotel just in time for dinner, and we decided to eat there mainly because of the nice setting. To our surprise, the yak hotpot was incredibly delicious and very generous in portion size! The next morning at breakfast, my child kept going back to the auntie for more rice noodles, asking her to cook it three times! 😁

I highly recommend this hotel apartment in the heart of Chengdu! First, let's talk about the location – it's absolutely fantastic! Being right in the city center makes getting anywhere super convenient. It's only about a ten-minute walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and plenty of snack shops, so you'll never go hungry, even late at night. Taking a taxi to Kuanzhai Alley, Jinli, or People's Park usually costs around the minimum fare, and the subway station is also nearby. It's truly a 'golden base' for exploring Chengdu. The value for money, considering this prime location, is so good it makes you want to grin. The room itself was very comfortable. The space was generous, the bedding clean and soft, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a great night's sleep. You can tell most of the decor was thoughtfully done; the living and bedroom areas feel new and cozy. The air conditioning was powerful, and hot water came quickly. However, I have to be honest: the bathroom decor definitely shows its age. Perhaps it's an older building, as the toilet and shower area facilities look a bit dated. That said, they worked perfectly fine and were clean, which is what matters. Aside from the bathroom, I honestly couldn't find fault with any other part of the experience. But for those driving, pay attention! The parking is a bit confusing. There's a multi-story car park and an underground garage, and once you park, you can't go directly up to the hotel from there; you have to switch elevators. It's genuinely disorienting the first time. I spent ages dragging my luggage around the garage, battling with two different elevators before finally finding the front desk. I suggest contacting the hotel in advance to clarify the route or calling them for assistance once you're in the parking lot – it will save a lot of time. Overall, this minor parking hassle doesn't diminish my fondness for the place at all. After all, parking difficulties are common in city centers, and I'm grateful there's even a spot available. If you're not driving, staying here is simply perfect. If you are driving, don't worry – just think of it as a puzzle game; once you solve it, you'll feel it was all worth it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu and recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the city center without spending a fortune on a star-rated hotel. It's genuinely comfortable, convenient, and affordable – I had a fantastic stay!

The location is fantastic, not far from the university parking lot and the gully entrance. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the gully entrance, which you can book a day in advance. It's very quiet, located right on the edge of the street. The butler was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room. The room's amenities can all be controlled by smart voice commands. I especially want to highlight the hairdryer – it's really powerful yet lightweight, and my hair wasn't frizzy after using it, which is super important for someone like me who washes their hair every day!

The rooms were clean and tidy, offering great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. If I ever visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'd definitely choose to stay here. It's a fantastic place!

Apologies, I promised the owner I'd leave a review sooner, but I completely forgot once I returned to Chengdu. The hotel is nestled deep within the Bifengxia scenic area, a high-end guesthouse that beautifully blends old structures with newly built sections. We stayed in the 'Fuyao Zhi' room (pictured in the second image), which I believe is part of the newer section and incredibly stylish. The large windows offer stunning views of distant mountains and another traditional residence. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including various indoor activities (like calligraphy copying and tea ceremonies) and an outdoor forest activity space surrounded by tea gardens (featuring treehouses, trampolines, etc.). The front area also offers outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and karaoke. All the staff, especially the guy at the front desk in the burgundy sweater, were incredibly enthusiastic. The housekeeping was also meticulously done. The young man with glasses who handled our transfers to and from the Bifengxia scenic area was incredibly punctual. It's clear that both the staff and the owner put a tremendous amount of effort and passion into their guests and the guesthouse, which was the most impressive aspect for me. While the overall price point is on the higher side for Bifengxia, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that this stay elevated the joy and comfort of our entire Bifengxia trip.

If Jiaju Tibetan Village is a beautiful picture, then Aruokangba Jiaju Manor is the warmest payment in this painting. This manor is not only a residence, but also a cultural station where you can feel the Tibetan customs of Jiarong at zero distance. From architectural style to service details, simplicity and sincerity are revealed everywhere. Location and Transportation: Located in the core area of Jiaju Tibetan Village, the manor has a great view of the mountainside. Standing on the observation deck or on the balcony of the room, you can have a panoramic view of the cascades of Tibetan-style towers, continuous canyons and distant snow-capped mountains. Although the road up the mountain is a bit circling (self-driving needs to be driven carefully), when you see the manor in the clouds, you will feel that all the bumps are worth it. There is a separate parking lot in the manor, which is more friendly to self-driving tourists. Environment and Design: The building is a traditional stone-built slab style, perfectly integrated into the local village. The interiors incorporate modern and comfortable facilities while retaining Tibetan elements such as painted wooden beams, handmade coppers, yak velvet blankets. The public area is very popular, especially the observation deck on the top floor and the fire pond leisure area full of Tibetan style. At night, the atmosphere is directly full. Room facilities: We stayed in a king-size bed room with a view. The room was spacious and the windows were like picture frames, and the mountain view frame outside the window was directly entered into the room. The bedding is soft and clean, and the heating equipment is very powerful. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is fast, the water pressure is sufficient, and it is really a plus to take a comfortable hot bath when you are tired. Dining experience: The dining of the manor is the highlight. Breakfast Tibetan butter tea, barley cake, yak yogurt and other local characteristics are all available, and the freshly cooked noodles warm the stomach and heart. For dinner, we tried hot pot, the soup was delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and the secret chili sauce was very enjoyable. Outside the window is the panoramic view of Tibetan Village, the dual enjoyment of taste and vision. Services: The staff are basically local Tibetan compatriots, very simple and enthusiastic. The housekeeper took the initiative to contact us before we arrived and sent detailed location guidelines. During the stay, whether it is helping to carry luggage to the high floor, or patiently introducing the surrounding hiking routes, taking pictures and punching points, it makes people feel at home. That sincere smile is the warmth that star hotels can't standardize. Playing around: From the manor, you can walk deep into the inside of the village of Jiaju Tibetan Village and feel the real daily life of the locals. If you have enough time, you can ask the housekeeper to help contact the surrounding Zhonglu Tibetan Village or Suopo Yilou, which is more primitive and quiet than Jiaju. If you can get up in the morning, don't miss the morning mist when you go to the roof of the manor to watch the sunrise, the whole stockade is like a fairyland in the changes of light and shadow.

Friendly and attentive service from the front desk staff. Modern/clean rooms. Walking distance from Jiuzhaigou entrance. Free laundry service. Complementary bottle of oxygen. Room was obviously cleaned prior to our arrival - in fact the strong smell from the cleaning chemicals kept us out of the room for the first few hours. The front desk staff was super willing to help but they didn’t have an air purifier available. After a few hours of keeping the windows open the smell subsided. Another downside that’s common to local hotels is the strong pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. It’s obvious that the staff makes significant effort to clean this up but the hallways are hazardous in the morning - my guess is everyone smokes at night in their rooms after getting back from touring Jiuzhaigou. By the time we get back from the park, the smell was tolerable so they must have done everything they can to air it out or mask the smell. No breakfast included with the stay but that wasn’t a big deal because there are multiple eateries right below the hotel. So -1 star for the above mentioned deficits. But overall an excellent stay.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with rooms offering direct views of the snow-capped mountains. You can take a leisurely stroll around the hotel and discover some truly stunning scenery, including opportunities to witness the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' phenomenon. The room amenities are also superb, featuring underfloor heating, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. A special mention must go to the owner and staff, whose service is outstanding; they even arranged transportation for us. This hotel offers incredible value for money and comes highly recommended!
