Yu, in addition, there is a projector in the room, the toilet is a smart toilet, the shower is also very clean, the next morning I directly renewed the lease for one day (but the price has risen a little, regretting that I didn’t book two nights directly), I rented an electric car with the boss, and the homestay user can rent it for 30 yuan for a whole day. The boss intimately told me. If I go to Riyue Bay, I may have to charge on the road. I finally tried it. I went from the B&B to Shenzhou Peninsula to Shimei Bay to Riyue Bay. I finally returned. I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula Night Market at night. I can still return. There are still a lot of electricity. Because of the surfing that day, my hand was scraped by the deck. I asked the boss to find me band-aid. I didn’t have to worry about blistering on my feet. There was needle and thread. I rushed to Lingshui’s high-speed rail the next morning. The boss also drove me to the station. I am really grateful and very happy. I am here in the off-season. 100-200, I don’t know if the price will change later, but my experience is really good. This is the first time I recommend someone else to live in a homestay. At the same time, I also want to make a few suggestions for improvement. First of all, the air conditioner. I always feel that the cooling is too slow. I can’t feel any cool breeze, although there is coldness, Later, I asked the boss and said that it was blowing up. It may also be that the room is too big and the cooling is slow. This is the place I think can be improved. In addition, the toilet is half separated from the shower. It feels like a sliding door can be made. Otherwise, the front of the toilet will still splash. I highly recommend this sea-view apartment hotel. To put it simply, it's a two-bedroom, one-living room setup where you can cook your own meals and do laundry. The facilities are comprehensive, making you feel like you've bought a large sea-view apartment in Sanya. Every time I returned from the beach, it felt like coming home. The kitchen is separate, and the bathroom has instant hot water. Each room has air conditioning. It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied. The apartment hotel owner is also very welcoming; you can ask him for directions if you're renting a car and exploring the area.

The rooms are all very spacious and clean, equipped with KTV and game consoles which the kids absolutely loved. The butler service was also incredibly attentive; they were always available to help, whether it was getting takeout or fixing an issue with the room facilities. Many thanks!

The front desk lady checked me in quickly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel itself is actually very good, no complaints here. The hygiene and environment are both fine, assuming you can accept the quirks of this peculiar town. Now, let me rant. First off, I absolutely do not recommend Tianya Town. It's a very strange place. If you're driving, you have to park your car in a pitch-black parking lot. This 'parking lot' is just an open dirt lot, gravel ground, with no charging stations whatsoever. Secondly, after leaving the parking lot, it's impossible to find the sightseeing shuttle stop, especially at night, as there are no clear signs. Thirdly, entering the town requires taking a sightseeing shuttle, which costs 6 CNY per person per ride, and 7 CNY at night. The收款单位 is Sanya Tianya Town Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. The B&B is extremely far from the shuttle stop, and you can't walk there. All the paths are winding, narrow alleyways, and it's heavily commercialized. They deliberately make you take the shuttle here. You have to take it for both entry and exit, meaning it's at least 12 CNY per person.

Hotel has 6 floors with 1 lift. Average size room. Big windows, Queen bed with 2 pillows, 2 bedside tables. 1 round table with chair. Std amenities with paper cups. Laundry has 1 washer and 1 dryer. Separate bath/toilet, bath, face towels. Floor towel mat. Small area but OK. Water flow out and wet toilet area although separated. No rain shower. Big slippers. Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.
