This guesthouse is located right inside Hongcun Scenic Area, super close to famous spots like Moon Pond and South Lake – just a three to five-minute walk. It's really convenient to get back after watching the fish lanterns at night. The paths within Hongcun can be a bit tricky, so it's a good idea to call the front desk when you arrive; they can help with luggage transfer. We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, and the three beds were perfect for the three of us. It also had a private courtyard with a table, creating a lovely, ancient-style ambiance, complete with many small decorations perfect for photos. The guesthouse offers Hanfu and Qipao for guests to try on and even provides umbrellas. The auntie at the front desk and the uncle who helped with our bags were incredibly kind. We accidentally left something behind when we checked out, and they went out of their way to bring it back to us.

Was pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic century old cluster of 4 buildings beautifully renovated with modern amenities and yet manage to create a Zen environment that has a historic vibe with a peaceful atmosphere of tree, shrubs, flowers and artifacts. It has a beautiful appointed common areas to relax in with individual rooms for tea ceremony, music, reading and more. The hotel is 40 meters behind the main pedestrian street with all the shops and restaurants but it is all quiet and tranquil in the hotel, like you just step back in time. The breakfast is a little spartan and limited choices. I was ok with coffee, eggs and toast, it has limited Chinese breakfast selection. But 40 meters away on the Main Street you will find Starbucks, Dairy Queen, and KFC in the same corner, that was a bigger surprise. A stay to remember, unique and a great way to relax and appreciate peacefulness after a day of sight seeing. The room is spacious, good bed, clean, has a kettle, mini fridge with high quality Chinese tea leaves to brew your own tea. Highly recommend place to stay in the area.

Came to Jiuhua Mountain with my mom to pay respects to the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and we stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and they even had someone dedicated to picking us up and dropping us off at the entrance. Every staff member greeted us warmly with ”Happy New Year.” On the first day of the ***** New Year, we prayed, enjoyed the snow, and did some scripture copying – it was a truly fulfilling experience! This hotel is trustworthy and comes highly recommended.

A special thanks to Tang from the front desk for her thoughtful service! When I checked in, I casually asked about local transportation and restaurants, and she patiently explained everything and even reminded me about the weather. After checking out, I accidentally left my ID behind, but she found it right away, kept it safe, and contacted me promptly to pick it up, saving me a lot of hassle. Her warm smile and professional attitude throughout made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Tang definitely deserves full marks!

The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and spacious. The underground parking lot is huge. The front desk staff, Ms. Qunqun, provided excellent service. The breakfast was rich and varied, with delicious beef soup and sesame flatbread. The environment is beautiful and pleasant, and the large lake offers great scenery. It's a wonderful place to visit in the spring.

The Jiuhua Mountains Julong Hotel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance of the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. It was very convenient to venture around the mountain by foot. As for food, we didn’t quite get accustomed to the flavors, especially with the spices. The breakfast at Julong Hotel was good, but it can get crowded before 8 am. There is no gym in the hotel. It snowed on the 3rd day and it was chilly. The room was equiped with heater so it was ok. The walkway outside the hotel room can be very noisy, especially with kids running and adults talking. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

A small courtyard, slow to enjoy leisure time. The environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, the room is clean and cured, and it is far from the noise of the city. The evening breeze is pleasant, the overall quiet and comfortable, and it is worth coming again for a relaxing and leisurely holiday. After checking out, the housekeeper specially arranged three sets of Guangde, very intimate and thoughtful service.

Jiuhua Mountain is perfect. I took a bus to Tunxi Street to relax for a night. I found a nice hotel. The male staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic when I checked in. The handsome boss upgraded the room type. The view was very good. The room facilities were complete and detailed. You can enjoy the river view while lying on the bed. Recommended

The bathroom was dry and odor-free, with plenty of hot water. The internet speed was excellent, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop, with all necessary amenities nearby. Public areas were regularly cleaned, maintaining an elegant and tidy environment, and cleaning staff were always available when needed. All the in-room appliances were in perfect working order, and essential amenities were well-stocked. The value for money here far surpasses other hotels in the same price range. From arrival to departure, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free, with no hidden costs and attention to detail at every turn. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.
