BBL LondonGreat hotel, great location and excellent front of house reception team with a warm welcome. Rooms are large but need a refurbishment as looking a tad worn and tatty. I understand that some refurbishment is in progress to the rooms and restaurant. Beware: our holding deposit had not been returned after we checked out on June. 11, even though there was no spend on the room. Even after 8 days, I cannot get my deposit returned - so recommend you insist on a return on checkout.

SShawn ZY1The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel has a restaurant and a swimming pool. It's very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service every half hour. Perfect for business travelers needing an overnight layover.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is central and close to everything. The person (sorry I didnt catch your name) who checked us in was very patient and welcoming as we had a difficult time arriving in Toronto. We stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was included. The breakfast was delicious however the service was very slow. We only had breakfast once, and they didn't bring out the sides that we order and without acknowledging it was never provide. I say, unless you got time, eating breakfast at the hotel may not be a good idea.
A concern is the room service. Before we left for the day, I left my makeup bag on the table zipped. After we came back, I noticed my stuff was in wrong section of the bag (like my eyeliner was in with my brushes and the small brush and lip blam from a makeup kit was out side of the kit, and an eyeshadow came out the pallet) and one item was on the floor... although I don't want assume the worst, I am suspicious of the cleaner had gone through my stuff or dropped the bag. We were rushing in Toronto and had a lot to do, so I didnt have time to make the complaint in person.

GGuest UserI took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated

HHUIThe most striking thing about the hotel is its location, guarding the Ganaraska River. During my stay, I met salmon salmon and witnessed the spectacular sight of the salmon swimming all over the place to the birthplace. The rooms are European in style and the Italian restaurant downstairs is especially stunning.

CChien YuThe room was decent for a short stay. The bed was quite large, which was nice, but it wasn’t very clean, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom facilities worked fine with stable hot water and good water pressure.
Parking was convenient, right in front of the room, and the location made it easy to find food and basic necessities nearby.
Overall, it’s okay if you just need a quick stopover, but I think the cleanliness of the bed could definitely be improved.

GGuest UserThe place was perfect for what we needed. They gave us a joining room. We had 2 adult’s, one senior and 5 kids. We needed a stop over on our way to the north. Plus all the staff were friendly.

BBijinThe hotel is very close to the airport. It is not half an hour. It is about 60 knives. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very good. The front desk service is also very good. It is close to the TD Bank supermarket. There is breakfast but there are not many varieties. I have not changed the taste for a few days. The price is not expensive. Will stay next time and recommend friends and relatives 👍

AAnonymous UserEverything was great – 5-star standards, breakfast, ambiance, and facilities. The only downside was the excessive noise. It even has a Starbucks and a swimming pool downstairs! I'd still choose to stay here again next time!!!!
