The Pousada is located in area out of Paraty You must have a car to be able to go around to the city , once arrived at the hotel they trying to get as much money as they can offering upgrades etc , during our time they was a night that Brasil play at the World Cup and to enjoy the Bar you needed to pay 37 usad to be able to set at the bar There was a public area like the bar that is to be used in all guests every night but they close it for the game this not correct If you planing just to relax by the pool and enjoy the facilities but if you wish to travel around you maybe better taking other place at the city center

Very well-located hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace and pool and sundeck area. The TV remote didn't work in the room, nor did any of the reading lights. I struggled with the desk lamp switch to get an extra light. Check-in and check-out were super-easy thanks to the front desk staff on the morning shift. The breakfast area had an ugly aesthetic, but the waitresses were attentive and the food and drinks were very good.

O café da manhã não possui uma disposição boa para transitar pelo salão, o buffet fica em várias posições do salão. As bebidas do serviço de quarto são caras e a diária do estacionamento é salgado, não há opção de estacionamento rotativo. A piscina apesar bem apresentada possui uma escada que para pessoas mais pesadas pode quebrar e vc virar o mico da piscina. O restaurante possui poucas opções de pratos e um pouco com preço fora de mercado aos demais da região.

I love Búzios Resort. Good place family, especially for children. I just think you need to improve a little bit the food, put more varieties. But beyond that, everything is great. I've been 2 times.

Perfect in everything

We arrived early in the city and couldn't check in yet, but the team offered breakfast, use bathrooms, saved our bags and gave advice to the beach. They offer free pipoca every day in the afternoon! Excellent, safe and full of lunch, lunch and dinner options. Super approved!

Hotel facilities are very new, there is an exclusive beach, rubber boat. The restaurant has a beautiful view and breakfast can be reached at 11 o'clock, which is great. There are many yachts on the beach and can be arranged to go to sea. Very safe and comfortable.
