Located next to the Rowing Canal, our hotel is convenient to historical sites and offers a shuttle to nearby attractions. We’re 600 meters from the Eternal City, a recreated ancient town transporting you back in time. Registan Square and Shah-i Zinda are within 10 kilometers from us. We offer rooms with balconies, meeting rooms, and a restaurant with a terrace.
"I stayed here alone and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The location is a little far from the city center, so you will probably need to use Yandex to get around. One thing to keep in mind is that it can be difficult to find a Yandex taxi early in the morning. I recommend asking the front desk to arrange a taxi in advance. I paid 80,000 som from the hotel to the train station.
Also, the hotel does not have a currency exchange service. The nearest option is the Hilton Regency across the street, but it takes around 30 minutes to walk there.
One small thing to note is that there was no toothbrush in the room, so I had to ask the front desk for one.
Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel, especially if you don’t mind using taxis to get around."

"This is probably one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in.
Everything is wonderful, and you can feel it in the details – from the scent at the entrance to the high-quality tableware at breakfast.
The service is impeccable, the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are amazing.
I'd also like to highlight the convenient location.
The outdoor pool is lovely, but in my opinion, there aren't enough sun loungers. The indoor spa area is good, but it would be even better if the pool was heated. The gym is also excellent.
On my birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a festive dessert. The next day, before we checked out, some treats were brought to our room. They were already inside when we realized it was a mistake and the gift was meant for other guests. So, you could say they just dangled it in front of us and crushed all our hopes 😂. They could have left it as an apology! Oh well, we're not offended))

"We were supposed to have a twin room, but they upgraded us to a family room. When you open the heavy door, there's a courtyard with rooms built around it. The courtyard had tables, chairs, and even a chaihana (tea house) seating area.
There was an outlet next to the bed. The hairdryer was in the closet. The air conditioning and drainage worked perfectly. Oddly, the shower's hot water came out when you turned the blue knob, and the cold water from the red one.
I had read reviews saying that when people asked for a replacement toilet paper roll, they were given a used one. However, when I asked, I received a brand new roll, so it seems they've made improvements.
On our last day, the road in front of the hotel was closed due to construction, and the owner kindly helped us call a car and guided us. The handmade restaurant map was also very helpful, and we really appreciated all their assistance.
We received our proof of stay via email on the last day.

"I arrived in Samarkand on a morning flight, so I reached the hotel around noon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. After two connecting flights and a sleepless night, I was exhausted, and their thoughtfulness in letting me rest early was truly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the iconic square within minutes, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The room itself has a distinct local character, with carved headboards, windows, and wooden beams. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries. There's also a heated spa on the rooftop – perfect for a romantic evening of stargazing while you relax. What truly stood out was the design and decor of the courtyard; it exudes a rich ethnic and cultural ambiance, with vibrant colors and intricate details, making it very photogenic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service staff were attentive and prompt. My first visit to Samarkand was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip."

"The hotel staff were incredibly nice. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, and the front desk and manager immediately took action, proactively contacting the taxi driver and the tourist police. A policeman came over, reassured me, and made some calls, and I got my phone back very quickly. It made for a very pleasant trip. The hotel is also super close to Registan Square and its three madrasahs, just about a ten-minute walk away, and the area is very quiet. Plus, the shurpa lamb soup at the restaurant next door is delicious; I saw the same local couple dining there both nights. The restaurant across the street is a bit heavy-handed with the salt, though."

Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex."

Guest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helped me sort everything out. They were all super friendly, helped with our luggage, and provided exceptional service. The entire hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up a bit late and worried we'd miss breakfast, but it turned out the hotel offered à la carte Western breakfast and freshly ground coffee, which tasted great, and the service was really thoughtful. The location is also super convenient, very close to the train station, making getting around a breeze. I chose this place specifically because I didn't want to stay near the necropolis area; it's about 5km from the attractions, and getting a taxi was very easy. Throughout my stay, I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Uzbekistan. My accommodation experience was perfect, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

We were welcomed like honored guests at the hotel. Administrators Farrukh and Mamur promptly fulfilled all our requests. At breakfast, I asked if there were syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes). There weren't any that morning, but they prepared and brought them to us within 15 minutes. Utair airline delayed our flight by 11 hours, and there were no available rooms to extend our stay at the hotel, but the administrators once again ensured our wait was comfortable. We waited for our flight in the cozy hotel lobby. I'd also like to mention the hotel's location, which in our opinion, is the most convenient in Samarkand: a 5-minute walk to Registan, and excellent access to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Guest UserThe hotel itself is nice. It’s in a quiet location with decent facilities. However,our room is just fair size.The breakfast was healthy with good variety, and the staff (especially the young lady serving) spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay until checkout.
When we asked for the required proof of accommodation to leave the country, the staff told us there was a customs registration issue on our entry (which I later confirmed was false). Despite them pretending to try and fix it, we left empty-handed. Because of this delay, we missed our pre-booked coach to Bukhara and lost UZS 585,000 in total (UZS 195,000 per ticket for three people).
Every other hotel we stayed at in Tashkent and Bukhara provided the E-Mehmon registration without delay. I really don't understand why this hotel makes a routine procedure such a huge technical problem. It was their mistake which caused our financial and time loss.

Pros:
1. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Registan Square – incredibly convenient!
2. The room size is reasonable, and the facilities are great. There are hot and cold water dispensers on each floor, which is very handy. The room also has a small fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cold in the summer.
3. Downstairs is the hotel's own highly-rated restaurant, and there are two other restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient. There are also small shops around for buying drinks and snacks.
4. As mentioned above, since the hotel has its own restaurant, the breakfast quality goes without saying.
5. The price is reasonable; I stayed in a single room for three nights for just over 500.
Cons:
The room seemed to have been recently painted, as there were a few drops of paint on the windowsill and mirror.

* Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions
* Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts
* Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room.
Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided
Cons…
* Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start
* Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

Dr. SMLMore like an Uzbekistan family Homestay experience than a hostel. Made friends with the girls that I stayed in the same room with :) Walking distance (20 mins) to Registan Square. They have a cute puppy called Charlie 🐶 who loves petting and is super friendly. Owner is super kind and helpful too (he speaks good English), he worked up to help me get a Taxi at 3am as my Yandex Go (e-hailing) app is not working 🥲 I would say, to manage expectations as it would be an experience where you live in a local family home instead of a luxurious accommodation.
