"We were greeted at the car by a hotel employee. Although he did not speak English (and we did not speak Turkish), he was very friendly and helpfully directed us to the lobby for information on parking our car. We were treated wonderfully by everyone from that first encounter throughout our stay. The breakfast was abundant, varied, and of high quality. The room was basic, the bed okay comfort-wise, but I can't say more than that. The real negative of the night's sleep was that the bed offered only a thin cotton ”blanket,” barely large enough to cover two people, and certainly not sufficient to give a good night's sleep. I would strongly urge the hotel to look into providing more adequate bedding."

"The breakfast and dinner were incredibly bad, to the point where I didn't even want to look at them. However, the manager really made up for it! From the moment we checked in with the hot air balloon transfer to Pamukkale and then a taxi to check out, the manager's service was impeccable, even taking us to the roadside for our minibus. "Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day. The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture). The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉"

"The hotel's location is fantastic; the travertines are within walking distance. It has its own large parking lot, so parking isn't an issue. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast was more than sufficient and tasty. It's a lovely family-run establishment. I definitely recommend it."

"Arriving in Denizli from Goreme via an overnight bus, this hotel was perfectly located right opposite the bus station. The check-in process was excellent; the staff provided detailed information about getting to Pamukkale and the airport shuttle, and even kindly allowed us an early check-in. Plus, the chicken wraps at the kebab shop next door are not only affordable but also delicious and generously filled. I highly recommend staying here! 💯"

"Would you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel."

"I was given great advice on how to best visit the Hierapolis Ancient Theater and other sites, including how to use the bus to get there, which made my trip very efficient. Since I had a rental car, I left it at the hotel and walked from the ancient tombs to the ancient theater, museum, and travertine terraces. It took about 3-4 hours. The owner's wife is Japanese, so she speaks fluent Japanese. She's a lovely person."

"All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory!
