There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Location: wonderful, in the city center so I could reach many places by walking. The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal."

"Hotel super! Clean rooms. Located in the center. Best price/quality ratio."

"The staff helped me very well. The facility was very good with the possibilities of many locations with cars very close to everywhere."

Her açıdan her şey harikaydı. Birçok yere yürüme mesafesindeydik. Gezilecek yerler ve yemek yerleri hakkında bilgilendirme mesajı attılar ilk defa gittiğimiz Ayvalık ve yakın çevresinde rahatlıkla gezebildik. Odalar, banyo her yer tertemizdi ilk defa gönül rahatlığıyla yatakta uyuduk, banyoyu kullandık.

"There is a private beach and there was no crowd, breakfast was beautiful, without a windy wind could have been more beautiful, the awful was swinging 10 minutes to the center, black water was provided in the entrance very good"

"The hotel is wonderful, clean, perfect location, a good breakfast with a parking possibility. Our room was small enough for day-to-day or short-term accommodation but it might be too small for long-term accommodation. I don't know how to do the other rooms but should be careful when you prefer."

"Wonderful hotel. The forge is up there. But it was noisy after 11:00 PM. If you've been traveling and are tired, keep that in mind."

"It was a holiday that we really enjoyed. The hotel had a lot of influence on this. Breakfast was satisfactory in terms of variety. We were satisfied in every sense. Thanks to the hotel team for everything. we thank you"
