The hotel is good clean and located in very good location. Next to many clubs and tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly . I ask receptionist to buy food for me and they do it for you. Just like you have your own butler and i love it. The wifi is fast too and the free breakfast is super yummy

Is always our choice hotel when visiting Hatyai with its Excellent location and services. Our stay this trip was attended by very friendly and polite staff Ms Kulanan and Sirinthip who speaks English well. All my friends and I enjoyed our stay this trip here and will choose this hotel again for our next trip here.

Great service , staff was friendly, chckin n chckout process was easy n smooth , good facilities and comfortable. I got a balcony room which is big enough for couples. Iron must take at front desk receptionist. Bed n sofa very clean n toink2 haha super cozy . The toilet is also very comfortable, got bidet (the most important) only the shower water a bit slow but overall ok 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 . Atmosphere were very calm and chill not so many big noises 👍🏻👍🏻 . The cleaning lady was also so cheerful n kind 👍🏻👍🏻 . And this hotel ************* no ghost 👻 . I would come back to this if i visit hatyai again . Thank you .

Room is not bad for the price of 47rm. However, the receptionist(The aunty wearing glasses working on afternoon shift) does not seem welcoming when I contacted her regarding hotel check in. Location: 8-15 mins away from Gimyong market by walk (500-1km in approx).

After we got back from Samui. Throw another night before going back home. Overall, if you want budget, low density and away from the busier street is a good choice. Aside, specifically asked for no corner room and the same floor with my boys. Hence, never happened.

We were assigned this hotel after signing off from our vessel. Mosquitos were buzzing around as the receptionist checked us in. This hotel have seen better days and would make an excellent choice for a ******* hotel film set. The furniture and furnishings are really really rundown. Stained carpets and yellowed wallpaper greet you at the room. Curtains looked like they were installed in the 70s and mosquitoes buzzed around as you open them. No complimentary coffee or tea but there’s an electric kettle though. Hot water only for the showers, hot enough to cook noodles kind. No fridge and the wifi connection is not stable. The receptionist were polite when I called to raise the issue with them. Said ok and asked for my room number but nobody came to rectify the problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are not doing anything to make sure the guest’s stay are comfortable and pleasant. Bad wifi connection, hot water only showers and no fridge. It’s especially bad since I have quarantine in the room for 14 days. All my other friends have similar problems in their rooms. It like the hotel is planning to shut down soon because broken things are not fixed and appliances are not replaced.

My stay at B2 Hatyai Premier Hotel was amazing! The service was amazing, and the location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. Everything from the warm welcome to the easy access to local attractions made my experience unforgettable. The only thing that gave me a slight fright was the view of my window-a high-voltage electric pole right next to it! Every time I looked out, I felt like I was living on the edge (literally!)—but hey, at least I had an electrifying stay, haha!

Room is clean and same as in the picture. Location is strategic. Near to Diana Mall, opposite McDonald and you guys can get halal food beside the hotel. Nearby to Asean Night Market, Central Hatyai. Parking is limited. And the staff there is so friendly and easy to deal with.

The room is so big! Never expected the room to be that massive where you can choose to have your meal on the floor. I will rate the size 10/10! For the location, it's still within walking distance to most attractions but not so near. If you travel with a senior citizen and prefer a walking area, I suggest you book near Lee Garden. Service and hospitality are excellent. They provide hair dryers, shampoo, and body showers, but I prefer to bring my own hair shampoo.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I stayed here during a short trip and was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. The free coffee was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s also so close to the border, which made traveling really convenient!

Unplanned trip to Dannok, so we book last minute. Surprisingly the price is very affordable, and check in process was smooth. I like everything about the hotel, except it didnt provide iron 😢

It was a pleasant stay with them and their service was top tier just that it full house and I couldn't get any extra beds/blankets. The location is also very strategic

It was just a transit stay, so I didn't expect much from this hotel. They allow customers to smoke in the rooms, which left a terrible, disgusting cigarette smell. We immediately requested a room without the odor. You get what you pay for, don't expect too much. The only best thing is walking distance to Malaysia & Thailand border.

Clean, comfortable, good service, breakfast included. Personally, I like it. Not big but okay. Considered not to be inferior to big hotels. Will go back to stay again, simple but thank you very much 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Came here for an anniversary trip. They even surprised us with an anniversary deco. It was so cute and pretty. I really love the rose petals on the bed. Staffs are all very polite and helpful. Thai people hospitality is great. To be honest, I would rate this hotel million stars because I love it that much. It is serene, secluded, beautiful, breathtaking and scenic. Every part of this hotel is beautiful. And I still remember the scent of the lobby. So memorable and calming. My families already wanted to come here after my review and I am definitely will come back here again and again. Love this place so much. Highly recommended especially for honeymoon or anniversary trip.

I love this hotel for much. Even though it's only a one night stay, I will definitely stay in the same hotel if I will come back again. You can sense the hotel is operating with heart, looking from the details in the room. From the paper cup design, the hair dryer provided (saloon type, not those cheap hair dryer), the kettle (with steel inner layer), the dust free table top, clean microwave etc. You can rest assure you can count on it👍👍👍

Stayed here for 2 nights. The building is old and the room feels dim. Their buffet breakfast has quite the options. The hot water does not run efficiently, it was a rainy season on December and I'm freezing cold. Surprisingly, they have a bath tub in the room ! The balcony gives a fresh air in the morning. Overall stay was fantastic !

Comfortable and well equipped rooms with mini fridge, water kettle, and cold AC. The room size is good, slightly above average . The beds are some of the most comfortable we've encountered in Thailand. Wifi is very fast. A downside is location, quite far from Hat Yai and Songkhla old Town. Covered carpark carpark available, but very tight - small cars only

Pas terrible pour 700 baht la nuit. Nuit du 29 au 30 janvier 2024 dans la chambre 510. Nous ne recommandons pas celles avec vue sur le port à cause du bruit infernal des bateaux. Ces chambres sont à 800 en plus. Une bouilloire mais sans verres et sans tasses. Il a fallu que je demande des verres de carton à la réceptionniste qui n'était pas trop serviable. Sans l'aide de son collègue plus aidant, nous n'aurions jamais eu de verres. Nous avons pris la bonne habitude de toujours avoir du café avec nous en Asie. Le rouleau de papier de toilettes était entamé de moitié. Pas fort! Le wifi était satisfaisant. La propreté laissait à désirer dans son ensemble. Il y avait plusieurs canaux télévisés. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient moelleux et confortables. Le mobilier était vieillot. Il y a un ascenseur. Nous avons apprécié la ruelle piétonnière avec son activité gastronomique et festive en soirée à deux pas de l'hôtel. Nous vous proposons quelques photos. I stayed at their most basic Standard Single and it was still a pretty nice room with a comfortable queen size bed in a nice contemporary design room. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly although the outside of the hotel does look slightly dated. The location is good for Songkhla - probably a 5 minute drive from all the main attractions - Samila Beach, Tangkuan Hill or Old Town Songkhla. Breakfast is ok - not too many choices but does have good mix of Asian and Western Items. Food is tasty and after breakfast, the restaurant becomes an ala-carte outlet. Food is ok but slightly pricier than outside but you pay for convenience. Parking is at the back of the hotel and is secured so dont have to worry about curb side parking.
