"At location and price-quality ratio - the best option! Of the pluses-protected parking, hotel location-right on the embankment, chic view from any room, breakfast is acceptable. But you can have breakfast and not only breakfast in Hedson restaurant with a chic veranda with a view to Volga. In the room everything is necessary except slippers and tooth cleaning set. The comfort and above dresses in the rooms are not available. I definitely recommend!"

"Хороший отельчик, почти домашний. Администраторы приветливые, быстро отзываются на замечания и устраняют недостатки. Что бы не разочаровываться из-за удобств в номере назло заранее знать, что в номере нет чайника и чашек. Горячая вода в кулере на втором этаже в зоне завтрака, там же и чашки. Завтраки что-то среднее между шведским столом и заказным меню (на выбор яичница или каша). Так же на завтрак присутствуют, фрукты (3 вида), йогурты, хлопья (3 вида) , молоко (холодное), чай, какао кофе (растворимый), овощи(2 вида), салаты (2 вида), сыры нарезка (2 вида), колбаса нарезка, яйца (в крутую), сметана, майонез, кетчуп,... ещё что-то не помню.. одним словом голодными не останетесь. Из минусов: полотенце дали с дыркой. И ещё в номере нет фена. У меня был 6 номер. Соотношение цена качество нормальное. Такси в городе работает хорошо, местоположение отеля так же нормальное. Рядом много магазинчиков (5 мин пешком). Я пешком гуляла до Загородного парка (берег Волги, белки там есть) и парка им. Гагарина. До жд вокзала на такси 25 мин. Общественный транспорт (остановки не далеко) так же хорошо ходит, можно доехать до значимых точек за 20-40 мин без пересадок. Отель находится рядом с пересечением 2 крупных дорог, но шума не слышно (окна хорошие), я попросила номер во двор и спала с приоткрытым окном. Уборка мусора каждый день, замена полотенцев и протирание полов не ”сама собой”. Надо сказать администратору что бы это делала уборщица (девочка- уборщица глухонемая). Повторюсь: администратор всё слышит и идет на встречу всем пожеланиям и просьбы выполняются! Фен не просила у меня был свой. Места для хранения в номере было достаточно (шкаф с закрытыми полками и двумя отделениями для вешалок открытое и закрытоеи двумя зеркалами в пол ). Я приезжала в Самару на три дня, меня отель устроил. К тому же в этом отеле есть отсроченный выезд (до 18 часов) за пол цены от стоимости суток в номере, это здорово. Так же имеется хранение багажа."

"The location is a bit remote, but it's right by the river; it's a ten-minute walk to the river. However, the room doesn't have a water heater, which is very inconvenient. Breakfast was okay, but there weren't any substantial dishes like chicken legs, chicken wings, smoked fish, or salted fish; it was mostly boiled vegetables. The only meat dish was a meatball. It was just average."

"The location of the hotel is beautiful. The room is large and clean. The waitresses are good. There are no more advantages on this. Parking spaces are only 2, in a narrow arky pass. After waiting for the administrator to decide his business on the phone and draw attention to us, I asked what to do with the parking space. I was silently given a printed memory with the addresses of the nearest parking lots and a script of dialogue with the outraged guest. The script for roles stipulates that the administrator should answer in such case and how to work out the objections. But we decided not to even announce it, simply, read yourself. There are no one-time appliances in the room. But there is a price that half is missing. For example, when I went down to buy the sewing set listed, I was told that it was a mistake and they didn't have it. There are other more decent hotels in this price category with such location."

"Отель расположен фактически на набережной, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями. Внутри очень уютно и чисто. Спасибо персоналу за заботу о гостях. Всегда в нем останавливаюсь и рекомендую своим друзьям и знакомым."

"A good option for transit stop and rest. The hotel is in a green and quiet area. The area is tidy, pleased with the eye. A small street swimming pool helps relax (the swimming pool towels are in the room). Breakfast - choice is, not to say that everything is delicious, but it will be strengthened. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is not enough water in the room (there is a coller on the floor and you can buy water on the recipe). The bathroom (particularly the sink) is not very shiny. The towels are broken. The staff is friendly. In general, a good hotel in price/quality ratio. More than negatives. There will be an opportunity - we will visit with pleasure again. Bravely recommend (travel a lot and have something to compare). Hard three stars."
