"The room was amazing, the view was great and so was the cleanliness of the entire property, not just my room. On the downside though, we had a huge 2 hour delay with our check-i because our room was not ready (checked in at 17:00 instead of the guaranteed 15:00). Moreover, during one of the evenings we decided to order room service, which would not answer the phone, and when we called the front desk they said they can collect our order. After one hour and a half of waiting, we call the front desk again, asking how much longer until our food arrives, and they said soon. 20 minutes or so passed, my partner went to the reception to ask about our food order, to which he found out that the reception has never sent our order. Though, the employee's were very nice and had a smile on their faces when interacting with them!"

"Tres decu de cet hotel. Le site internet de l'hotel precise qu'il y a une piscine pour adultes et une pour les enfants. En realite l'hotel est plein de familles avec enfants et ne fait pas respecter les regles a la piscine. On n'a pas pu etre tranquille ni profiter de la piscine adulte car elle etait bondee d'enfants jouant avec des balons et sautant dans l'eau eclaboussant les gents et l'hotel n'a rien fait pour retablir l'ordre. L'hotel n'a pas de surveillance ni de garde pour faire respecter les regles, leur site internet presise pourtant qu'il y a une piscine adulte et une pour enfant. Ca a ete un cauchemard pour ma femme et moi qui avions choisit cette hotel car justement il precisait une piscine pour adultes et nous souhaitions etre au calme. Je deconseille fortement cet hotel pour les couples ou single, c'est un hotel fait exclusivement pour les familles et l'hotel fait tout pour qu'elles se sentent bien et ne tient pas compte du tout des couples et de faire respecter les regles.
Le petit dejeuner et diversifie. Le buffet du soir et tres limite je deconseille. Le menu a la carte et correct mais cher pour le niveau de vie en Roumanie et la qualite des plats pas terrible, on est en face de la mer et on n'a pas pu avoit du poisson frais, tout etait congelé, c'est une honte.
Les chambres renové sont correct.
Le spa et bon mais payant, le parking est gratuit.
Le nettoyage des chambre reste a ameliorer, on a retrouve un insecte sur un oreiller.
Vous pouvez attendre jusqu'a 10mn avant d'avoir l'ascensseur car il n'y en n'a qu'1. On trouve beaucoup mieu et moin cher a Mamaia."

My partner and I stayed at Lupa by Bueno for 2 nights, and it exceeded expectations in terms of comfort, design, and location.
Location & Nearby Sightseeing: Perfectly situated on Bulevardul Tomis 49a, the hotel is within easy walking distance of Constanța’s best attractions:
Ovidiu Square (Piața Ovidiu) & History Museum: Just a short 5 to 7-minute walk down the avenue.
Tomis Marina & Modern Beach: A quick 10-minute stroll, perfect for waterfront dining and seaside walks.
Constanța Casino & Promenade: About 15 minutes away on foot along the coast.
The Room: We booked the Business Double Room. The interior design is exceptionally sleek and modern, featuring ambient strip lighting, a comfortable queen bed, plush wall paneling, and an armchair with a side table for relaxation. The large windows bring in great natural light, and the flat-screen TV setup seamlessly integrates into the wooden wall design.
Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom is stylish and clean, featuring neutral stone tiling, a large illuminated round mirror, a floating vanity with crisp towels, and a spacious layout.
Service & Hotel Facilities: The property itself is pristine and contemporary, with smooth check-in, helpful staff, and a lovely restaurant/bar area on the ground floor.
Good to know: Located along Bulevardul Tomis, asking for a high-floor room away from the corner ensures a very quiet and peaceful stay. Excellent choice for couples or business travelers seeking modern luxury in Constanța!

GGuest UserThe hotel room was fabulous! Had a nice warm bath to relax and the ceiling and chandelier were amazing with great ambience. There is a corner store nearby to grab drinks and it’s a 1 km walk to Modern Anchor Beach (20-minute walk). There’s also a French Taco restaurant down the street. I enjoyed my stay greatly!

The room has a balcony, you can watch the sea from the balcony or sit outside and drink tea. The cleanliness of the room is OK, the hotel has ATM to take RON currency, there is a restaurant nearby, it tastes great.

GGuest UserDas Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Zimmerreinigung ließ jedoch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Abstand von 2 Tagen wurde jeweils lediglich die 2 Mülleimer gelehrt, Händtücher getauscht und die Bettdecke etwas zusammengelegt. Der Boden wurde die gesamten 6 Tage über nicht gesaugt oder gar gewischt. Die Bettwäsche wurde nie getauscht. Allerdings muss ich fairerweise auch erwähnen, dass ich nach der 2. Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt hatte, zu einem mit großen Kingsize Bett. Vielleicht hatte man daher gedacht, für die 4 verbliebenen Tage im neuen Zimmer, muss die Bettwäsche dann nicht mehr gewechselt werden. Ansonsten gibt es von mir nichts zu beanstanden.
