"I like our room. The staff are very accommodative and they are all approachable. They gave good assistance if you encounter problems using the hotel amenities. Specialy to the girl name Hairgel she gave us a very good assistance during my partner stays in the said hotel. Nice and clean Hotel. We stay very comfortable during our 6 days accommodation. The place is near Terminal 1 and nearest mall like MOA and Ayala. Highly recommended if you are looking for a cheapest stat in Manila."

The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

AAkhil GargI had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

YYrnechenWe had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Holiday Express Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were accommodating and the overall experience was smooth and convenient.
The location was also a plus, making it easy to get around and access nearby establishments. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIi need a flat iron then i call from housekeeping dial 5 a girl answered i told her my intention of calling , but she in a sarcastic way she said u can birrow a flat iron only for 30 mins and i just said if only 30 mins maybe later ill borrow then i just hang up after an hour i called again in the housekeeping different girl answered she said akright i will bring it now to your room and the service boy just signed this maam, snd thrn no more i asked the boy after i finished do i need ti call he said no msm just left it outside.. so after i finished i just call the housekeeping the girl said alright i will send somebody yo pick it up until i checkout the flat iron still in our room… how come service person sometimes rude but the ithers are not… i hope that bayview park hotel train well their service attendant specially answering guest in right manner… not to sarcastic and too exaggerated ways…

The only downside was the late check-in time at 3:00 PM, compared to the standard 2:00 PM at most other hotels. Aside from that bump, everything else was top-notch..

GGuest UserThe location is very accessible, especially for concertgoers and those who need a bed and bath (there are cheaper options nearby). However, the room was at the far end of the floor and had a funky smell. The bathroom drain also smelled bad. There was no shower curtain and no TV remote control(had to request for it). Regarding the food, I was supposed to order something but was offered a promo for the breakfast buffet instead (thinking the food would still be fresh and warm). However, most of the food was nearly gone and cold, though it was already past 9am. Most of the staff are friendly.

辉辉辉This is a very convenient hotel. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a shopping mall right in front. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is great. It's a really good hotel at a reasonable price.

AAngelica PonioTo be honest we change room 2x! The TV was broken at first.. and then next the aircon ! I cant imagine we transfer room at 3:30am what a hassle.. no signal in our room and very slow connection of wifi!
The place is infront of the mall thats the good thing. You can rome arounf the mall when u have free time.. The place is also near the quiapo church and chinatown
