"The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The complimentary airport pick-up service was a huge relief, and our driver, Raphael, was polite and professionally dressed. As a non-smoking hotel, the environment was wonderfully fresh (a 3000 peso deposit is required). The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: there's an ATM next to the elevator, an Italian restaurant called IL Morso and a coffee shop on the ground floor, and even a Japanese bar, Chilo, on the fourth floor. You can even book in-room spa services, so there's no need to leave the hotel! The room had an amazing view directly facing the volcano. The only minor drawback was some traffic noise at night, as my room was street-facing. I'd recommend requesting an inner room if possible. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable stay in Daraga."

"Great experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food."

"I enjoyed my stay overall and I’m satisfied with the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and I also used the pool and gym which were both good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was kind and welcoming.
The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. Also, my room had a connecting door with the next room, so the sound insulation wasn’t great. We could hear the neighbors talking and their TV late at night.
Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel."

"We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.

"Went there with family for a quarterly checkup of our son. Arrived in Naga early and I asked the hotel if we can check in early as line for the doctor's clinic was long and the waiting area was hot. They agreed with no additional charge. Our other kids got to rest while we were at the doctor's clinic."

"I went with my family and booked two rooms. The kids loved and enjoyed the swimming pool. While we liked our rooms, it’s very comfortable and with Netflix account. The location is also at the center so that’s a plus. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel"

"The Mayon view from The Oriental Legazpi was truly beautiful, and I appreciate that my request for an upper room with a view was granted.
However, the overall stay was disappointing.
The staff were not very approachable, restaurant service was poor, water was not readily offered, and we were even told to call the staff when we were ready to order.
There was also loud noise from a lobby photoshoot, weak water pressure in the shower that took around 30 minutes to resolve, broken tiles and visible maintenance issues, no menu list in the room, and the breakfast buffet felt rushed even before the stated closing time.
The view is excellent, but good view alone is not enough. Guests pay not only for scenery, but also for service, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality.
If not because of the Mayon view, I would not return."

"My dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. My dad enjoyed his stay, and he said that if he is travelling again and passes by Naga, he will choose to stay here. Thanks for accommodating us! ^_^"

This is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to
make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi.

travel_svetaThe hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service.

DjonBooked this hotel last minute and it was okay for a one-night stay. The room was clean enough, but the amenities were basic. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was just average. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t choose it again if I had other options.
