It's a mixed bag. On the upside, it's within walking distance of the train station, and the price is decent. Plus, there's a pedestrian street downstairs with lots of food options. The downsides are that the 'economy' room feels like an afterthought, a leftover space from other rooms. The layout is really odd, the room is small, and it definitely doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The tea station was so badly designed that the kettle couldn't even sit flat. To top it off, the kettle was dusty and still had cold water left by the previous guest, clearly showing that this part hadn't been cleaned at all. The public area on the second floor is a highlight though; it's very pretty, a good spot to relax if you don't want to stay in your room.
NH hotels usually offer a certain level of reliability, and this one is pretty central. You can walk to the city center and nearby attractions within 10-15 minutes. The hotel breakfast is also quite good, and if you opt out of room cleaning, you can redeem a complimentary drink of your choice at the bar.
Room: our room was quite spacious (enough to open 2 large suitcases), appreciated shower gel, conditioner and body lotion was included in the bathroom, the shower and water temperature were nice. One point on the cleanliness: was a bit dusty underneath the bathroom faucet/towel rack floor area.
Location: relatively convenient, less than 10min walk from the central train station, still manageable for us while carrying 2 heavy large suitcases. But if we had more to bring, we might need a taxi.
Overall, we had a good stay. On arrival, we noticed one of the hotel lifts is currently undergoing renovation (as of 26th Apr), which made the waiting time longer.
And right in front of the hotel main entrance, there's also construction undergoing. Our room was assigned on the other side so we didn't hear any noise. Another side note is that the deposit is 50 euros by card payment, the indication of 100 euro on booking confirmation is applicable to cash payment.
Firstly..the lady at check was extremely friendly and customer oriented...Great job to her....very welcoming very calm
Access to room was a little challenging to the the first floor but I figured it out.
Room itself was extremely small even though it was for 2 persons
Tv only shows in German.. no English movie channels..this was quite annoying as I love watching tv during my relaxing moments
Overall I would say it's location is perfect. perfect.staff room not so much
The hotel itself is like a mini museum. Love the interior design! Staff are very friendly, there is no lift, but the kind staff helped me carried my huge suitcase all the way up to the 3rd floor. It’s be even better to have a kettle or hairdryer in the room. Had a comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit Rotterdam! Thanks for the lovely stay!
What a pleasant stay. The staff were excellent from check-in through to check-out, and the room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a fantastic area, close to the Markthal and Cube Houses, with plenty to see and explore within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again when visiting the area.
Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay.
It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.
Not bad, although not in the tourist area, not in the center of Rotterdam, belonging to the local area, the service is still timely. It is to get used to the lack of a kettle. This hotel is also strange. The cups and the cups for brushing teeth are disposable paper cups, which have been like this for so many years. The dining is not bad, very lively, there may not be many choices around.
Excellent location in the heart of the city, set in an iconic building.
The staff are truly outstanding – friendly, helpful, and always willing to think along with you.
Renting bicycles is an absolute must and a great way to explore the area.
Breakfast is very good, and the view is simply outstanding – far beyond expectations.
Our initial impressions were mixed. On one hand, we were impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the check-in staff were efficient and friendly. On the other hand, there were some “interesting” house rules displayed at front desk which made us question what type of people they have staying in the hotel and how they view/treat their customers.
The location is 10/10. 1 minute walk to Maashaven metro station, very centrally located and saved us lots of travelling time. More time for exploring!
The service was extremely mixed and inconsistent. The desk staff were lovely and kind. I needed late checkout at 5am and someone was there to deal with the matter quickly. However, the lady who appears to be the manager is cold and quite frankly rude. My partner became unwell on our last night and by 2pm he was better but still not 100%. I explained the situation and requested 1 extra hour as he got himself together. The member of staff I spoke with was very sympathetic and had to double check with the manager if we could stay the extra hour. Totally within their rights to say no, I understand that. The manager agreed. It’s the way she handled the matter - with absolutely no grace and no manners. She was evidently reluctant and did not directly address me at any point, she completely ignored me. Really bad customer service, especially in an already stressful situation. Please learn how to communicate with people or don’t work or sit at the front desk with your terrible attitude, bringing down the rest of the hard working, friendly front staff desk.

Ttraveler leeThe location is great, about a 6-minute walk from the central station. It's also within walking distance to major tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. We had a wonderful trip in Rotterdam!
RRay72Nice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!
DDee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service.
The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression.
One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.
GGuest UserThis is the first time for us to stay here. The hotel room and the bathroom is quite large. The location is perfect, silent and safe. We really love this hotel.

PPatricia DobrevaThis was an amazing experience! We are very satisfied with our staying in Inntel Hotels Den Haag Marina Beach. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food is delicious, and having champagne at breakfast is really chic. 🥂👌. Location, the sea view and the peace are priceless! High professional level in every aspect.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very shitty and terrible!
First bed:
I book a single double although the room is single double room for sure, the bed is combine by two single beds, there was even a hole between two beds, when I told the staff about this, she just told me she can’t fix this problem, until they shift to another staff, despite that he help me to fix the problem but it already the last three days of my stay!
Second shower system: the bath system is also shitty! Water either extremely hot or cold, and the staff doesn’t figure out how to fix the problem, until my last 4 days staying! Eventually I got cold after I ‘m back in the UK!
Third heating: the heating should be a centralised one, but the staff didn’t figure out how to fix it or turn on it,they even give me a portable one instead, the voltage often overload because the heating, and lights in the room, and it is also one of the reasons I got cold.
Last lights: the lights is very dark in the room!
I’m quite disappointed my stay, the hostel should increase the training of their staff also the facilities, fix the problem of heating and shower system! I will never book this hostel again.
