"A pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The rooms are clean and comfortable, while the swimming pool is a great facility for guests, especially families. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides convenient facilities including a restaurant, free parking and Wi-Fi. "Comfortable Accommodations with Room for Service Optimization Overall Verdict: The property offers excellent physical accommodations and amenities, ensuring a highly comfortable stay. However, the guest experience is currently hindered by inconsistencies in front-desk hospitality and rigid service policies. Key Positives & Amenities Premium Accommodations: The guest room is exceptionally spacious, featuring a highly comfortable king-sized bed equipped with premium bedding (four high-quality pillows provided). Climate Control & Infrastructure: The in-room AC system is highly efficient, cooling the space to a comfortable temperature within minutes. Additionally, the bathroom is well-proportioned with excellent water pressure and a complete suite of complimentary toiletries. Modern Technology: The inclusion of a Smart TV with seamless access to streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube significantly enhanced the in-room entertainment experience. Property Ambience: The hotel maintains a highly pleasant olfactory branding strategy; a subtle, welcoming fragrance is consistently present from the main lobby through to the guest corridors. Areas for Improvement (Operational & Service Delivery) Front Desk Engagement: There was a noticeable lack of welcoming engagement from the reception staff during both the check-in and check-out processes. While operations were functional, a more hospitable and customer-centric demeanor would greatly improve the arrival and departure experience. Rigid Housekeeping Policies: When requesting an additional towel, I was informed by housekeeping that this would incur an extra fee. Charging for basic linens feels counterintuitive to a premium guest experience and lacks a guest-first approach. Management Outlook: There appears to be a systemic complacency regarding guest relations, potentially driven by high occupancy rates and strong business demand. High volume should not compromise standard hospitality practices. Conclusion The physical property is in excellent condition, which ultimately guaranteed a comfortable and productive stay. While the hardware of the hotel is top-tier, the software specifically staff hospitality and guest policies requires refinement. Return Intention: Probable, contingent upon the prioritization of service standards."

"The room is very spacious... so comfortable! It's a single bed, but two people can sleep comfortably. The food is delicious too! The room is incredibly spacious. The internet is a bit slow if you want to watch Netflix; you'd have to watch football on your phone. YouTube works fine though, it's fast enough."

"Everything about the hotel is acceptable except the staff, it's like they are underpaid and couldn't care less with their work, not friendly, and try don't have any butler or bellboy to help with the luggage, doesn't help is fine, mak face is another...they even scold you for parking at at roofed carpark and claimed it's for staff, I haven't found any hotel in the world that doesn't prioritize their customer over their staff.."

"Simple, clean, and convenient. 🏨 If you’re stuck near the terminal, this is the place to be. The rooms are decent, the sheets are fresh, and the staff is very polite. It’s nothing fancy, but for the price, it’s exactly what you need."

"Everything was okay, just tired from climbing the stairs. There's no lift, which makes it difficult for guests staying there, especially if they have knee problems or similar issues."

"The environment here is beautiful with many amenities nearby, close to the supermarket, which is great for finding food easily. However, at night, it's very noisy, which disturbed my sleep. That's the only unsatisfactory part, but everything else was very good and satisfying. The room was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable."

"Check in was smooth, receptionist Cik Aina was friendly in attending to questions asked. Room was clean and tidy. They provided free flow of candy at their lobby. Ironing board and water dispenser were also provided on the corridor or each level Breakfast spread were delicious with more than one option at a very reasonable price. Recommended."

"The homestay are spacious and comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the bedrooms has an air conditioner! They also provide a lots of facilities such as stove, rice cooker, filtered water, hair dryer, iron and many more! RECOMMEND! It's also nearby city center and Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM)."
