"First of all, the city is relatively biased, so the hotel location is relatively good, at least there is a similar supermarket to buy food, so it is convenient. The hotel does not have a lift so take your own luggage. The rooms are still ok, they are quite clean. The breakfast delivered by the hotel was enough for a girl, and the front desk clerk was very good, but I didn’t know much English, only Russian. The hotel can help to call a taxi, which is still very good overall."

"The location is right behind a parking lot, so it's convenient to refuel by the way. The conditions, the level of budget business hotels, are honestly okay in Kazakhstan except Almaty. But, the point is but, all the service staff do not understand a word of Chinese and cannot speak English, firstly, we arrived at 7pm to let us wait inexplicably, secondly, I booked three rooms, two standard rooms and a suite in order to communicate well with my companions, the result gave me three tender rooms, and told me no room anymore, no apologies, no handling measures, no handling of overpayment fees, that is, the scene is not able to handle any problems, no problems to live."
