"I took a number and waited for check-in. When I finally met with a staff member, they spoke quite quickly, which made me really concentrate while they were entering my details – probably because it was peak season and very busy. After check-in, I headed straight to my planned tourist spots. It wasn't until I returned in the evening that I realized I hadn't signed up for the breakfast buffet. I was a little disappointed that the staff hadn't mentioned it during check-in, but I was able to re-book it for the third breakfast seating.
I was pleased with the facilities. Should I visit Danyang again with family or friends, I would certainly choose Sonobelle Danyang.
During my 1-night stay, I had dinner at MichaeWon and breakfast at Chef's Kitchen. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean.
The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, and the AC remote control wasn't very clean."

"The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, and they consistently refilled the drinking water. Breakfast was also provided in the morning. My only minor quibble is that the breakfast hours from 7-9 AM felt a bit short; it would be absolutely perfect if it extended until 10 AM. The location is excellent, with all the main shops nearby, and a CU convenience store just next door. This is easily one of the top hotels in Cheongju. I'd definitely return on my next visit!"

"I originally booked the cheapest room, but they upgraded me and there was a 2pc room and a karaoke room. But I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the karaoke room. Also, the phone was strange for the first time, so I dialed the number, but a man answered the phone, so I was so surprised that I hung up, but the key counter called me again. They told me no and I called to ask at the counter about karaoke, but I was upset by the slightly unfriendly tone. Other than that, the facilities were very poor."

"It was a trip to Danyang in early May with a couple + 7-year-old child.
Location: It is far from major tourist attractions (Dodam Sambong, Mancheonha Skywalk, etc.), but it was nice to be able to reach within 20 minutes without traffic jams and be quiet.
Cleanliness: It was the level of facilities on Trip.com, clean and nice!
Service: We went out early + came back late, so we barely met the staff, but ㅎㅎ Clean it by yourself, and the inconvenience was easily solved by phone.
Facilities: There is no mart around the hotel, so you may be worried, but there is a convenience store on the way to the hotel, and you can buy simple drinks and sweets inside the hotel, so there was no big inconvenience. (Of course, you need to prepare a late-night snack in advance) In addition, there are water purifiers, and I think the basics such as large TV and massage machine are well equipped!
Thanks to you, I enjoyed my trip to Danyang for 2 nights and 3 days ^^"

The flight at Cheongju Airport arrived late and searched.
I was on the outside.
The hostel is different as it is in the picture.
The smell of the old hostel is better and the room temperature is 30 degrees when I enter the room
It was 28 degrees after a long time.
The temperature was low while sleeping and the bed was fluffy

Elderly woman who manned the front desk ruined the hotel experience for me. Although i had booked online, she said that she was not told of my reservation and said i had to contact the owner on my own. When i said that I was unable to make calls from my phone, she refused to lend me her phone and also did not want to help me locate the korea tourism agency for assistance. Was unwilling to help call a taxi either. Eventually, she relented and when contacted, the owner confirmed my reservation. When i returned at 4pm, there was again a checkin delay and she had to call the owner to ask which room I should be given. It was a harrowing and haphazard experience. When the lady boss finally arrived back at night, the lady boss was nice and pleasant, but the experience had already been ruined.

Loved the private car parking included.
Loved the pleasant, responsive host/owner.
Stayed 2 nights and staff topped up our supplies, towels and emptied our bin. Our room was spacious.
The rooms seem separated by thin walls only and we could hear the next door neighbours late at night.
Enjoyed the free coffee near the reception desk.
From the photos of the room on the website, however, we expected to be able to cook in our room.....stove top shown in the photos.
But the hotplates were not plugged in, nor were there any cooking utensils, pots or pans, cutlery, plates etc.
This was disappointing and the hotplates should not be shown in the photos of the room as it isisleading.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this Hotel which has a great location on the waterfront.

Asia LandedIt was a nice luxury hotel and we got the outdoor swimming pool and and indoor pool included in the room cost. Unfortunately the outdoor pool closed quite early as it would have been beautiful at sunset (and it was heated so not too cold), but there was some confusion about which places closed early so we only had 30mins to swim. Make sure you bring a hat or swim cap to use the indoor pool and you need to buy outdoor swim shoes to use the outdoor pool which is an extra cost…

The room we stayed in was very spacious. The entrance to the bathroom was covered by a curtain, and the inside was all frosted glass. The glass doors to the toilet and shower were shared, which might be scary for people who are very concerned about privacy. We recommend using the overhead shower head in the shower room, otherwise water will accumulate outside after you finish showering!

We visited during the off peak season so many facilities were closed. We went to the hotel for the specific reason of visiting the swimming pool but it was closed, and on trip.com it wasn’t clear. Because it’s off season, though, the price is quite reasonable. Location wise you must visit by car, it’s only a 5min drive to the nearby tourist spots which is important because only 1 restaurant was open and not too cheap. The on-site convenient store was great though their selection was quite small.

Very close to Lotte mart, NC Department Store, and Jiajing Bus Terminal Market. It is super convenient to eat, live and buy. I choose a room type with a massage chair to relieve the fatigue of a day. The cp value is very high. The counter brother is very kind. There is a coffee machine and a snack in the lobby. Although it is an old hotel, the room has been renovated. Large screen TV, electronic wardrobe, very comfortable, will come to stay if you have the opportunity.

WanglinluoThe hotel is very close to Cheongju Airport. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all offering great value for money. The rooms are fully equipped, featuring amenities like a bathtub, microwave, large refrigerator, kitchenette, and even a washing machine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. There's also a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
