We chose this hotel for its breakfast and the on-site bar-restaurant. What we got was a pretty old hotel. The bar wasn't open, and it was hard to find decent places to eat nearby. Breakfast was brought to the room, and we had to choose our meal and coffee type from a menu daily. However, they consistently forgot the coffee, so we had to remind them every day and wait 10-15 minutes after the rest of breakfast arrived. Out of 4 days, breakfast was only delivered 3 times; one day, they simply said the chef hadn't shown up. They promised a refund for one day's breakfast, but it never came. The room was very cold in December; the air conditioning was old and noisy. The shower drain was clogged, and by the second day, there was a sewage smell. On the plus side, the linens were clean, towels fresh, and slippers were provided. They offered to move us to an ”upgraded” room, which we checked out – it was indeed spacious, looked newer, and was more pleasant. However, the next morning, we were told that room wasn't available and were given a different one, which wasn't much better than our original room. Overall, everything felt disorganized and chaotic. Communication on WhatsApp was very polite, though. Getting to the city center is a long journey, and you spend a lot of time in traffic if you take a taxi. We haven't stayed at other hotels in the city, so we have nothing to compare it to. This hotel might be okay for a couple of days. All in all, not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was no local taxi app, so the front desk called a taxi for us. They were afraid that we couldn't find the taxi and sent us to the taxi. The Chinese staff of the hotel also gave us a local travel guide. It was rare to feel a different sense of belonging abroad. I will come again next time.

A fantastic stay! I chose the LuckyStar Hotel in Bishkek this time, and the location was incredibly convenient! The hotel is situated in the city center, making it easy to reach major attractions. National landmarks like Ala-Too Square and the National History Museum are within walking distance, offering a vibrant city atmosphere. For those wanting to experience local life, the famous Osh Market is nearby, where you can buy fresh fruit and unique handicrafts. If you're interested in architecture and religious culture, the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church is also close by, quiet and beautiful. Whether you're exploring the city by taxi, on foot, or using public transportation, this is the perfect starting point. It's an excellent value for both business and leisure travelers. Nice breakfast spread of cold cuts, fish, different milks, varied omelettes, and a selection of cereals and nuts. Nice ambiance as well, at the terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom clean and sleek. Recommended!

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

This hotel is absolutely amazing in the local area. The food in their hotel is also very delicious. The privacy and security of the hotel are very good. The room is very clean. There is a parking space at the door. There is also a pavilion where you can enjoy dinner in the hotel or rest in the pavilion. If you pass through this city, I recommend staying here.

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

The room is clean and hygienic, mountain view room, beautiful scenery, the room price is a little expensive, there is a horse and chicken at your own expense, free swimming pool, swimming trunks are required

It's around the 400-500 range in China. The breakfast was good, though. The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying. In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.
