Anonymous UserComing from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~

Guest UserThe hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water, and there's no in-room water dispenser system. So, every time I wanted water or to make instant noodles, I had to go downstairs to buy it. After a long day, or first thing in the morning, having to get ready and go out just for water is really inconvenient. The TV is old and only shows hotel information. The toilet and shower are separate but extremely small. I didn't get a room upgrade, so my view was of the normal street downstairs, not Universal Studios. They also charged an extra 1200 JPY for two nights as a city tax.

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight the next day. The service was excellent, and the complimentary airport shuttle was super convenient. The hotel's location is also great; you can take the airport line train directly from downtown Osaka, get off at Rinku Town Station, and it's a very short walk from Exit 3. My room was on the 24th floor, offering a fantastic view with the bay spread out before me. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy. There's also an outlet mall, Don Quijote, and restaurants nearby.

Xige1993Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

Guest UserRight next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

DoriskThe hotel location is very convenient, near Rinku premium outlet and Trial supermarket.
It is also walkable to Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle. It has free shuttle bus to KIX airport from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and round-trip departures begin in the afternoon to AEON MALL Rinku Sennan.
Their onsen has outdoor and 21st floor breakfast view is amazing. Excellent customer service at the front desk too!
But they do not provide water bottles for hotel guests and there is no phone in the rooms.
We were told by staff if need to call for anything, have to use the phone which is just outside our room near the lift.
I will stay in this hotel again when I travel to Osaka next time👍

AmarFromUKLocation:
Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet.
There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day)
Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage
Hotel Room:
We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes
But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything.
Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay
Hotel features:
Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views.
The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free.
The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day.
Staff:
Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful
Overview:
100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

YeyuxinlixuejiaGreat location! It's just a five-minute walk from the train station. The self check-in was super convenient and quick, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. English communication was no problem at all. Walking to the outlet mall takes about 20 minutes, which is a bit far. There's a large supermarket downstairs which is handy, but just a heads-up, cigarettes there are more expensive than at the airport.

Guest UserThey offer complimentary hot dogs, waffles, drinks, and desserts upon check-in, which is a lovely touch. The bathtub is large and very comfortable for a soak. There are also Type-C outlets on the walls, which is super convenient. The hotel is right outside USJ, so no need to rush in the morning. Overall, a much better experience than their other location (Rokujo).
