"Turn left at the bus stop along the east exit of Kanazawa Station, then turn left again at the first intersection and walk 200 meters, and you'll find it. The room was clean and tidy, and check-in was handled by a self-service machine at the front desk. Shopping and dining nearby are very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"The car park has both flat and multi-storey parking, and can accommodate a large number of cars, which was very convenient for me as I had to go in and out of the car many times depending on the need. The park is located on the north side across the road from Kanazawa Castle, so for my morning jog, I crossed the road and entered the castle from the north entrance, passed through the castle and crossed the overpass and soon reached Kenrokuen. The castle is free to enter, and Kenrokuen is also free in the early morning hours. First thing in the morning, there were only a few people in Kenrokuen, so I was able to jog comfortably. "The Koko Hotel surprised us with its service for guests, such as welcome drinks and good breakfast, as well as its large rooms occupied with a sofa and table in there. Besides, the hotel is located right in the city center, that is very convenient for exploring Kanazawa's main tourist destinations, museums, and even for shopping. However, what we really appreciated was the hotel's staff. We had never encountered such warm hospitality, respect, and assistance in our problem that we had faced as we arrived to the hotel. To be specific, my son lost his bag, but he couldn't remember where it could happen whether it was in a local bus from the Kanazawa station or in a highway bus that we took from Shirakawa-go station. The hotel manager called both the local bus company as well as and to the highway bus company to get reliable information. Unfortunately, the bag couldn't been find."

"This was a truly satisfying stay. Before checking in, I had visited Shirakawa-go and was a little disappointed not to see any snow. But then, on my first morning at the hotel, I pulled back the curtains to find it snowing heavily! It was absolutely amazing. I decided right then and there not to go anywhere and just enjoy the snow from the hotel. The hotel is a bit older, but the room was clean and tidy. I had upgraded my room, and it wasn't small at all. The area mentioned in the description probably just refers to the room itself, but the entryway was also very spacious, allowing me to easily open my large luggage. The indoor balcony in front was also quite large, perfect for a family to sit and enjoy the snow. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct mountain views, with the river flowing right below. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the restaurant lobby were even more stunning – it was wonderful to enjoy the snow while dining. Even the outdoor onsen provided beautiful views of the snow and river while soaking. The best part was how few people there were; both times, it was just me and my daughter, so there was no need to book a private onsen. Behind the hotel, there's a walking trail. We explored it that day, and while the heavy snow made it a bit challenging to walk, it was incredibly beautiful and completely deserted. Every photo we took was a scenic masterpiece. Our shoes and socks got wet on the way back, but thankfully, we didn't feel cold. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy food and other necessities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. The staff were also very friendly. Although most of them didn't speak English, they used translation software, so communication was just a bit slow."

"This hotel is super close to Kanazawa Station, only a 5-10 minute walk through the underground passage! The room was incredibly spacious! In Tokyo, a room this size would probably be split into three. There wasn't any complimentary water in the room, but there was a kettle. On the 8th floor, there's an ice machine and a vending machine, and a 7-Eleven downstairs. The room was very clean. The front desk also mentioned they don't clean rooms daily, but if you leave your trash can and towels outside your door, they'll be replaced. Prices are a bit high on Saturdays, but from Monday to Thursday, it's excellent value for money!"

"The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff are very helpful. There’s a laundry machine on every floor, which makes it very convenient for guests. The only downside is that no hot bath. The location is excellent — Omicho Market is just steps away. Higashi Chaya Geisha District is within waking distance also. Overall, this hotel is good staying at. But, I personally feel hotel rate is at higher price due missing hot bath amenities.."
